Holiday rentals with a patio in Minden

The apartment is so cute. it was wonderfully decorated. Extremely comfortable. I felt right at home. I most certainly will be back. Finding the driveway was a bit tricky. But once I found it I love that the parking is in the back and private.

Mr. Kurvis was an AMAZING HOST. He kept in touch the whole time I was there making sure I was ok & didn’t need anything. His home is very welcoming & clean. AND THE BED MY GOSH I slept sooooo good, he has a remote for the fan & lights that helped accommodate to my laziness while I was in bed lol … His place is very peaceful & cozy, Plus he had all of the amenities I would need on my stay there. This was absolutely perfect for my visit home this Memorial Day weekend. HIGHLY RECOMMEND, will definitely book again for my next trip to Shreveport ❤️

Nice and quiet. Everything was clean.

This has been one of the most pleasant trips I’ve had. From the time I walked in I felt right at home, the place was just as described and to be honest the pictures doesn’t do this place its true justice. Very comfortable and cozy and this will definitely be my go to place when in Shreveport.

Clean, beautiful and quiet. The neighbors were nice. The apartment looks just like the photos provided. The water pressure was nice. Micah was accommodating and responsive. The sunroom was inviting and has a nice view. It’s summer so it did get warm. I don’t remember the listing mentioning it, so please note that there are stairs.

Greatly enjoyed my stay. Appreciate that Andrew was accommodating with checking in and chech out times.

Dyuti was very kind in his treatment, he was pending in case he needed anything. He was also flexible with check-in and check-out. The place is quiet, the bed comfortable. I felt right at home.

A pleasant little surprise hidden in Benton Louisiana. This place has a big city vibe with small town charm all at the same time. Definitely not what I expected to find in this little town. We will for sure be staying here again. The host was very responsive to any questions. Bathrooms and kitchen were all super clean and the bed was extra comfortable. Fun atmosphere with plenty of games to keep you occupied. Totally worth it!!!

Really enjoyed our stay one of the best locally we have stayed in. Conveniently located to many amenities and would highly recommend staying here!

A great way to see wildlife at one point there were six turtles laying eggs in the yard. Deer tracks, armadillo, and even a fish trap if you know how to bait it and throw it out. Very quiet very peaceful.

Last min decision but the best decision . Jan was super sweet from helping me with booking till the very end . My family absolutely loved the place (farmhouse ) very spacious and felt right at home . Jan was very responsive . Mr. Leonard was sweet as well. The house has everything we needed and more .. Peace and quiet plus country life . I definitely saved this house as my favorite .When I come and visit my dad . I will be booking no questions asked .I will definitely be telling my family to come here when they are visiting. Book the Leonards Farm house you will love it .

The house was nice and open. It was easy to hang out in the living room and kitchen areas. Master suite is large and very open. Everyone in our group was happy with our stay. Any concerns we had were taken care of immediately and would have been above and beyond for some. Will stay here again if we come back.

Booked Brian’s listing for a job we had in the area. It had everything we needed and it was conveniently close to food and shopping centers, definitely made the work trip a lot smoother.

Great location and easy to get everywhere. Comfortable furniture and beds. Kitchen was well equipped and functional.

If I could post my walkthrough video you would be amazed as the pictures on the site do not do it justice. The location was close to the airport not far from Minden, where my niece graduated or the Casinos perfect location quiet neighborhood and a perfect size for my family we will be back the next time on that side of town. We stayed here for a several days while visiting family in the area. The house was lovely and well maintained. It was stocked with supplies, including coffee, kitchen and laundry room essentials. The linens and towels were first rate. We enjoyed sitting under the covered small patio in the backyard and watching a distant thunderstorm. The host was very prompt at answering questions. We will definitely look for this house the next time we visit Bossier!

This location was perfect for my needs. It was about a 15 minute drive to Shreveport and located in a quiet little condominium neighborhood. Due to lots of unexpected weather, Sage and I communicated frequently, and she and her husband were incredibly responsive, kind, and helpful! The property itself was wonderfully decorated, and the outside patio was great for my cat! As a solo female traveler I felt safe here.
