They were receptive, attentive and flexible with the check in and check out. The house is very beautiful, organized, very complete in the matter of appliances in the kitchen, spacious, airy, great location near the square and restaurants. Super I recommend hosting, it's really worth it!!

Cristiano welcomed us, was super requested before, during, and after the lodging. It gave us tips on where to eat and visit, responded quickly and the house is quite cozy. The accommodation does not leave anything to be desired, for sure a great option and we will be back!! On the cleaning, the bathroom was impeccable, but the house was dusty and we had to pass a broom. I believe it is because it left it open until our arrival. As a suggestion: 1 - the double bed that is in the living room has no curtains in the window, as it was as a couple, we do not use it, but the absence can harm privacy. 2 - for the climate of Carrancas the shower in summer is cold and in the winter very hot, if it were multi temperatures would help a lot.

What a beautiful place, I don't even have words to describe, you have to try it!!! The chalet is about 6/7km from the city, the whole road to the city is dirt, the Turkish waterfall is extremely close, mobile internet picks up everywhere, has another larger chalet next to it, but it did not interfere with anything in our stay, the chalet is all closed so cold does not enter. The look of the bathroom window is beautiful. Áurea has helped us perfectly and always available to help. The kitchen items are basic, but it attends to make a good coffee, we took things for coffee in the chalet since the city was a little distant to get going back and forth, I just suggested putting on a bigger mirror (full body) and maybe a clothes rack (something like that) to hang wet clothes like a towel and bathing suits.
