Casa amena is a lovely 75-square-meter (about 807 square feet) apartment which sleeps four people. It has a 60-square-meter (about 646 square feet) terrace with a pergola and a great view of Minori and the seascape. The apartment is located in the center of Minori, 300 meters (about 984 feet) from the beach. It is only 4 km (about 2.5 miles) away from Amalfi. There is a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a bathroom, a spacious living-room and a kitchen. It is equipped with air conditioning and winter heating. The place Casa Amena takes the upper floor of a beautiful and age-old house surrounded by the green of lemon orchards. It is situated in Minori in a central and panoramic residential area. Minori is an enthralling small town near Amalfi nestled on a narrow valley which stretches up to the sea, where it becomes a bay in a crescent moon shape. From the house and the terrace of Casa Amena, you will feast your eyes on the village of Minori, on the rocky walls rich in verdant lemon cultivations, and on the seascape. The prevailing colors of such splendid panorama are the bright green of lemon orchards and the blue of the sky and the sea. The sea and the large sandy beach of Minori are about 300 meters (about 984 feet) from the house. You can reach them on foot after going for a pleasant walk. On the beach, you will find bars and restaurants, and in case you want umbrellas and deck chairs, they are available for rental as well. The beach is framed by a long public garden (so-called Lungomare) which is a place where you can go for a stroll, sit at the tables of outdoor cafes, or even go shopping. Minori is famous for its sweet specialties, and you have to try the candies and desserts of its pasticcerias (bakeries)! You don't need a car during your stay at Casa amena, but if you have one, you can book a pay parking space. 100 meters (about 328 feet) from the house, there are shops and restaurants. It is also possible to order delivery services from shops. The house The house is beautiful, airy, and bright. The charming exterior spaces will enable you to enjoy great moments of relaxation outdoors. You will arrive at the house through a short pedestrian path which consists of 70 steps, including those which lead to the entrance of the house. You will enter a spacious living-room elegantly furnished with a table, chairs, armchairs, and a couch. A small corridor leads to the bedrooms. In one bedroom, you will find a double bed, and in the other, two single beds. From the double bedroom, you can reach the bathroom with shower. The bathroom actually has two doors, and it is reached from the living-room as well. The kitchen is equipped with a four-burner stove, a fridge with freezer, an oven, and a dishwasher. There is also a room with a washing-machine. The house is elegantly and completely furnished. Upon request, small pets are allowed into the house. NOTE: IN HIGH SEASON IS REQUIRED A MINIMUM STAY OF ONE WEEK The terrace From the living-room, you will have access to a large terrace paved in terracotta and furnished with a gazebo, a table, chairs, and sun loungers. The terrace, sun-drenched, overlooks Minori, the sea, and verdant lemon orchards. You will find it refreshing to spend time on the terrace while enjoying breakfast during the morning and its fresh air and while dining outdoors and delighting yourself with the sweet hours of sunset. On the terrace, you will even find a barbecue corner. Nearby tourist attractions Amalfi is about 5 km (about 3 miles) away, and Positano is 15 km (about 9.3 miles) away. Minori is connected to other towns of the coast through buses of the company SITA. From the harbor of Minori, ferries leave to Salerno, Amalfi, Positano, Capri, Sorrento, and Naples.
