L'appartamento, con ingresso indipendente e posto auto riservato, ha una ampia e panoramica area esterna ad uso esclusivo.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: THERE ISN’T WI-FI!!! Excellent position close to Naples (40 km) and Pozzuoli. Both cities are linked by ferry with Ischia, Procida and Capri. The gulf of Gaeta is only 30 min by car. The house, completely independent, is 50 sqm large and has a unique view in front of the sea, and a huge garden of mediterranean vegetation. The house is well illuminated and comfortable, with classy finishes. Is also possible to reach the beach that is 500m far from the house!

Living Sperlonga

Living Sperlonga is a beautiful house with direct access to the sea, located on one of the most beautiful beaches in Sperlonga. We are on via living rooms where a private access with a boulevard of about 70 meters leads to the house by the sea. The house is 90 sqm with large outdoor space and garden and consists of: large living room, kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms one of which is outside. There are also sun loungers and umbrellas to fully enjoy the sea of Sperlonga.

At Colomba's house

The tourist accommodation is about 600 meters from the historic center of Minturno, about 3 km from the coast of Scauri and 1 km. from the train station close to numerous points of interest. It has a garden with private parking; of a paid charging station for electric cars; air-conditioned rooms; full kitchen with everything; sheets and towels. The host offers visitors free parking (for a car) throughout the municipal area.

Cottage located in a small town of about 100 inhabitants. Family-friendly, especially with kids. In the house, there is a bedroom (double bed + single bed) with a bathroom inside, on the upper floor. On the lower floor, in addition to the equipped kitchen with fireplace, there is a living room with a double sofa bed. Outside there is a space equipped with a table and barbecue.
