Family-friendly holiday rentals in Mira beach

We loved the days we spent at the Regina house. The house is even more beautiful than in the photographs, the cleanliness was impeccable, the house is very spacious, airy, and has absolutely everything we could need. Erica is very available, always responds immediately to any request. The jacuzzi, of course, is the cherry on top of the cake, as well as the terrace, where we can watch the sun set and have our meals. We highly recommend this experience to all who want to spend a few quiet days in the countryside.

Very nice place with perfect location in Gaia . Beautiful apartment with ocean view , kind host , nice people everywhere . The seafood around the river was extremely tasty .

We arrived and in felt like home. My daughter's loved the special cake that Marta left for us upon arrival. The house is well equipped with everything you need and more. The bathtub was a favorite, and the balcony was a wonderful place to relax and people watch. The beach is only steps away, along with places to grab a snack. We used the bikes for a fun ride and my daughter loved the game room area to read and do crafts. Something for everyone in a picture perfect location. The entire home was impeccable. Thank you Marta for your warm hospitality and attention to detail.

Spacious, comfortable house with beautiful outdoor space, very pleasant shaded terrace. Good location for visiting Porto and the Douro Valley. "Méandro" restaurant next door, cheap, excellent with splendid views of the Douro. Graça and her husband are welcoming and responsive. The only downside is the presence of barking dogs++ (kennel?). Graça has nothing to do with it, but noise nuisance to report.

We had a great time with the family at Joao's home. Joao is a very friendly and attentive host. We all really enjoyed the lush garden with its lemon trees and orange trees, while being flowered in every nook and cranny. We all felt a real disconnection when staying at Joao's place. The bedding is excellent and the house has a soul with its decoration and childhood smells. A beautiful beach is 8 min from the house by car and all amenities are 5 mins away. Finally, as you can see, a family stay that we will have a great memory of.

David was very welcoming and helpful! Very clean place that has everything you need. It was super comfortable and we had a lot of space.

the accommodation is very well furnished, everything is well thought out, Netflix, bread in the morning, kitchen essentials, and jacuzzi very appreciated after a day of hiking. Beautiful pool with deckchairs for relaxing. i would go back again

Diogo’s apartment was the perfect spot for me and my crew. We had a wonderful time.

Truly magical. A wonderful flat with everything you’d ever need with equal size terrace you could spend all day on. The view is spectacular. We didn’t want to leave. Parking was easy and there was a lovely bakery just a minute walk away. Edite was a wonderful host. Nazaré and its surroundings were beautiful and definitely a highlight of our trip.

This place is unique. It is a tree house, where you may sit quietly at mid-level or in the crown of the tree, view the vast landscape, and listen to the birds chipping. Amazing. It is the perfect place to calm down. In case you are already calmed down, use the two pools, billiards, table soccer, take a walk, visit an archeological site, go on great hikes, ... It is a unique place.

It was the most wonderful experience. I had a great rest, everything is good in this place. Large well-kept territory, lots of activities for children (trampoline, swings, balls, rackets, veloiball net), bicycles for adults, swimming pool, sun loungers. Very quiet, calm, self-check-in. The house has everything you need, very cozy and thought out. It's 1000 out of 100. The only bad thing is that you want to come back here again and again, but all the dates are already booked :)

From arrival at Luis place I felt at home and in the company of a wonderful host. Luis contacted me daily to make sure everything was OK and provided recommendations for activities and places to visit. I enjoyed the pedestrian zone, the parks, the bookstore the riverside and churches all on waking distance from the apartment. I was pleased to meet his daughter Teresa who make me feel more like part of a family. I will always remember Luis kindness and charm. Thanks also for helping me get a taxi for my early ride to the airport. I will definitely book your beautiful place again on my next trip to Porto.

I loved it, I went with my dog. Great for resting. You can take a walk around the space. I loved it.

We had a wonderful stay at the Manor House in Porto! The highlight was definitely the terrace — we spent every evening out there enjoying the stunning views across the river. It was the perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring the city. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Highly recommend for anyone wanting a scenic and peaceful stay in Porto.

We had a lovely stay at Scott and Linn's place. The apartment was sparkling clean and we felt completely comfortable. The scenery is magnificent and the silence of nature has done well. Scott and Linn are wonderful hosts and had lots of lovely tips for us. Also for our dog it was nice that she could move freely on the property. The house dog Feta is also a very sweet animal, which got along well with us and our dog. Thank you very much for this beautiful time.

Amazing location, lots of space, bathroom for each room. Check in is fully remote. We arrived a few minutes early so needed to coordinate with the support through WApp to get in a few minutes before our check in time. Theoretically fully keyless, but they recommended keeping keys because the outer door can be deadbolted by other residents (though we didn’t run into this). Two sets of keys.

Great views, calm, serene and amazing pool. This is our second time here, we came here about 6 years ago. Alot has changed but for the better. Thanks to Marissa and Hugo for the great stay and for the special request, we really appreciate all the kindness.

Amazing property and view. We had a terrific time. The property worked great for our group. Best sunset! Marco and his crew were extremely responsive. Driving in the Douro Valley is not for the faint of heart. We had a ball!

Functional, pleasant and spacious house. As described and photos. Host welcoming and responsive. There are no negative points. We had a great time. You can rent this house without hesitation. If we return to Portugal, we will undoubtedly try to rent this house again. There were 8 of us, 7 adults and 1 child. The pool is lovely. And the hosts are very welcoming. The bottle of wine offered on arrival is a bonus that is very much appreciated.

Beautiful location, right next to the river and the mill. Bruno was a communicative and helpful host. It's very small, as it says in the description, but for 2 nights was ok.

We had a great stay in extremely comfortable surroundings. Clean, spacious, well equipped. Fabulous swimming pool! Exiting the property a bit hazardous by car. The property is on a very busy main road and is a lorry route, you need two people to exit, one in the street as traffic flies by! A mirror situated so that you can see what is coming would be extremely helpful. The road is noisy but did not penetrate the house too much. Most shops, restaurants, etc are a short drive away. There is nowhere close enough on foot. Beds are comfortable but bed linen and towels are a little old and tired, they could do with replacing. Contacting the host during the week was problematical. Phone rings 3 times then changes to engaged tone. On one occasion all the electricity cut out, fortunately we were able to find the trip switches. We were aware that in an emergency we could not make immediate contact, a bit worrying. A minor point but as a party of 7, two sets of keys would have been helpful.

Great place to stay. Plenty of space and perfectly maintained. Even more beautiful than in the photos. Sergio was a very good host and keeps everything super well together with his brother. It was great for our 4-year-old daughter. Nice playground. I'd go back in a minute.

Cute cottage with an amazing view! The pool is nice to cool off and the area is really peaceful and quiet. Would definitely recommend to stay here for a couple of nights to relax!
