A nice apartment, ideal for 1 or 2 people who want to be close to everything that Mar del Plata offers. Juan was always in communication with me and it was very easy to get there. The apartment is well equipped, with a good mattress (comfortable), a work area and Smart TV. The location is the best: there are many things around, including restaurants, bakeries, pizzerias, cafes, a supermarket a block away and, of course, the beach. I'd come back here without a second thought!

It has the peculiarity that the front has a view of the sea and the back also! By the curve that hits the coast. Everything is clean, fully equipped and very well heated. We are traveling with my boyfriend and our dogs to rest a few days of the long weekend of Mayo in Mardel. The experience was excellent. The dimensions of the apartment are generous and the distribution provides comfort, it is very well equipped for visitors to feel very comfortable. The building is in unbeatable location with excellent views of the sea and golf course, it is quiet and safe. Giselle and Mirta at all times responded to our questions with kindness and willingness.
