The house is as shown in the photos. The neighborhood is calm and quiet, the beach is accessible on foot about 7 blocks away. The garden is spacious, the appliances are new, and everything works well, the wifi is perfect. The house is very comfortable in its entirety.

The house is even better than the pictures. The neighborhood is beautiful, quiet, the beach is not very close, you have to go by car, especially with children, but it is very nice.

Higueras del Mar is a beautiful place to enjoy a few days of tranquility and nature. In our case, we wanted a combination between field and beach, and it was IDEAL. Eugenia and Bruno are very sincere and great hosts. The garden has unique details, full of flowers and with beautiful sunsets.

Diana and Alfredo are luxury hosts. Smooth communication and quick responses, even before our stay. The place is impeccable and with a special energy. The area is quiet and with much less crowded beaches than Mar del Plata. Recommended to spend days of rest and relax. We went with my pet, and I also enjoy the space. It's worth repeating.

We are a family of 4, dad, mom, daughter and dog. We were staying at Alfredo's place during Holy Week and very much enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful, pleasant, very spacious, with an immense garden with grill included, lots of privacy. It is a very quiet and safe neighborhood, ideal for connecting with nature. We loved the aroma that felt in the air, we discovered that they were the lavender plants that abound in the gardens of the houses (including that of Alfredo) In the linving it has a large fireplace to spend the cold, well hot nights. The property is very well located 3 blocks from Chapadmalal mall, very close to Playa Luna Roja and Route 11. The photos posted are a true reflection of what we found when we arrived at the house. Everything was spotless! We'll be back without hesitation! Thank you very much Alfredo!

My stay at La Casita del Bosque de Mar del Plata was very good. The property is located in an incredible natural setting, surrounded by trees and tranquility, which makes it perfect for disconnecting and relaxing. The house is beautiful, and has all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. Also, the host was extremely attentive and friendly, always willing to help and make sure everything was perfect. Definitely a place I'd be happy to come back to!

Excellent house with a very nice and well-kept garden with a spectacular pool. It's a few blocks from the beach in a place surrounded by nature. The dogs are good kings, our two-year-old is already missing them. Florence is an excellent host, she was always attentive to anything we might need, resulting in an excellent place to rest.
