Tara was very helpful and answered all of the questions we had. Even brought us cupcakes when got stuck outside of the room for 20 minutes!

The condo was clean, cozy and a perfect location. Loved the ocean view from the balcony. Will definitely stay there again!

Lee’s rental is absolutely beautiful, clean, cozy and roomy! There was also 2 beach chairs and an umbrella. I loved it so much and will happily rent it again when I return. Lee was also easy accessible, kind, informative and patient as I had a lot of questions. The location is great - right across the street from the beach walkway and Santa Rosa is charming and quaint. I absolutely loved it and will rent Lee’s rental whenever I’m there!!

This host was on top of it with proactive instructions for check in, great recommendations on things to do, and everything stocked for a great vacation. Next time we will pack even lighter since they thought of everything for a great beach day and a stay. Beautiful condo, beautiful view, nice private beach, right near Baytown Wharf shopping and good eats. We had no issues at all. We asked one favor while staying there and the host went above and beyond to be helpful. Thanks again, we will be back!

As others have said, the pictures don’t do it justice. Has a stunning view and private parking which makes beach access a breeze. Dan and Georgina were super helpful and friendly. Will definitely stay here again.

Such a great place! This was our 2nd time to stay at Kyle & Victoriia’s place. It’s super clean, spacious, and a convenient walk to the beach. Kyle & Vicktoriia always respond promptly and even saved the day by immediately brining us another Keurig when the one there wouldn’t work. That meant a lot to this coffee drinking family! We also love the backyard space for our dog- makes it so much easier! It’s also within walking distance to Stewby’s and Fubar Pizza- two of our favorite places to eat. I know we’ll be staying here again!

How has great communication and the location was perfect. Easy to access with a lot of walkable places and super close to Grand Boulevard.

Let me first say how amazing Yana was with communication, instructions, local hot spot knowledge, she knows her stuff when it comes to this area. We stayed for 5 nights at her place and it was everything we wanted in a condo. The condo is GORGEOUS, the scenery was so beautiful, and the quiet piece of town it is in, is perfect! I love the HOA rules, it keeps riff-raff out and you don’t have to listen to loud music, parties, or any other annoying distractions. We enjoyed our stay here, more than any other place! We will definitely be back! Thank you Yana! The Conerly Crew thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The unit matched what the listing displayed. This unit was private, backs up to a pond with lighted fountains, and has secured entrance for both the unit and the community. It was less than a 5 minute drive to the beach and great restaurants. Responsive host as well. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to visiting again soon.

Perfect location, steps away from the beach. However, only 2 parking spaces are allowed (so you will need to fit your groups of 12 people in 2 cars). Bunk beds offer sleeping arrangement for 6 people, but have to deal with the squeaking noise from the bed frames. Other than that, good value for the money!

This is a very beautiful and calm place to stay at while on vacation and the location is amazing. Loved that it is a 5 min walk to the beach and 5 min drive to the outlet mall and restaurants. Would definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Jeff and Monica’s place. The home was clean, cozy, and had all the supplies we needed. The location is perfect, close to all the main attractions, which made exploring super easy. The hosts were also very responsive and helpful, which we really appreciated. Just a small note for light sleepers, there was occasional noise from the upstairs neighbor, so bringing a noise machine might be a good idea. Overall, a very comfortable and pleasant stay. Carl’s place was a wonderful location with a super nice condo. Carl was helpful and quick to respond. There are some restaurants in walking distance and they’re all amazing. You also get 2 chairs and an umbrella with the condo rental! We’re already planning a return trip!

Fantastic for our Mother's Day getaway! Location was perfect for negotiating intermittent storms and toddler rest/snack breaks without having to lug a ton of stuff to the pool deck or the beach. Comfortable furnishings with more than enough basics available to continue daily operations even on vacation.

We loved our stay so much we are coming back for 3 weeks next year. The area is peaceful and away from the hustle and bustle of “spring breakers” in March. Plenty of good restaurants around. as well. The view and being on the first floor was the cherry on top.

Kristen’s condo had my family of 5 feeling like we were right at home! Cozy and relaxing and for me the most important soooo clean! My husband and I enjoyed coffee every morning on the balcony. The walk to the beach with 3 kids in tote was the perfect distance. Coming back from the beach and then relaxing by the pool while the kids played was an extra treat! Kristen is very friendly and provides clear instructions that no questions were needed! We were sad to leave, but will be back again. Thank you for a great vacation!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The place was spotless with special touches. The location was great and I appreciated the host quick response and the tips on places and things to explore in the area. I would definitely stay again.

This place was a 10/10. This was my first trip to Florida in several years. I felt right at home. It looked just like the photos. It was clean, well stocked, and beautiful. Hilda was responsive and professional when we decided to extend our stay by an extra day…and we still did not want to leave. This is our new ‘home away from home’ when visiting. It was in a perfect location in terms of beach, shopping, restaurants and bars, and things to do. Thank you for being such a wonderful host!

This was our second trip to Miramar and 2nd stay at The Tides. We chose this unit for the obvious reason, ocean views from just steps inside the condominium. We spent lots of time out on the balcony just taking in the scenery. It was truly breathtaking!! 🥰 The beach was phenomenal, water was so refreshing, weather was perfect! Host provided everything we needed for our stay. She was responsive when needed and provided us with good recommendations for places to eat. We will definitely return! Thank you Sarah! ❤️

Our family girls' trip was amazing! The place was clean and beautiful, and our favorite part was being able to walk to the beach and enjoy the surrounding areas. We had a great time.
