Beach house holiday rentals in Miramar

We were a group of over 20 people who stayed at Elysium Gateway, and the property was exactly as described. The interiors were thoughtfully designed and well-maintained. I’d especially like to commend the house staff - they kept the place spotless, prepared delicious meals (honestly better than most restaurants we tried), and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The owner and manager were very responsive and even helped us with contacts for tempo travellers. Overall, I strongly recommend this place!

If you want a beach getaway this is the place for you! This unassuming property is a gem - built around a beautiful coconut plantation you walk through the palms and onto the beach. It is perfect for a family gathering or group of friends as the bedrooms are separate and private. Aside from the amazing location what stood out were the host and his team - nothing was ever too much trouble! The food they prepared for us was delicious and we loved eating on the beach at our own private table. We barely left the property as there was lot’s to do - enjoy the pool, the beach, pool table, take a nap listening to the sea breeze through the palms. We also thank the team for being so accommodating to our one year old son making sure we had everything we needed for him. We look forward to our next stay!

I would start first from the check-in. Host provided early check-in as property was available. Care taker Ricolin was available based on our call to him. Property is nice, silent place, properly maintained, walkable distance to beach as mentioned on Airbnb. Excellent place for vacation for a large family or group of family and friends. 1 AC was not working when we arrived so reported to host and caretaker and immediately they got it repaired. Good support from both. Swimming pool is small in size and shared between 2 Villas but properly maintained. Only a small family can use it at a time. Very good open space and balcony to be utilised for drinking and smoking. Sofa placed in the balcony could have been cleaned. We didn't used balcony as outside open space was well enough. Care taker Ricolin provided all the support and arranged rent bike at the property itself for us. Overall a very good stay we friends enjoyed here. Thanks to host Indrajit and Care taker Ricolin.

Amazing place for 4-7 people to accommodate. Right on beach with 24 hour restaurant and bar. Very clear waters of the beach. Very responsive host. Overall worth every penny. Thanks Dennis for being such a nice host.

It’s was a great place with beautiful view of the sea. The housekeeping guy was also very polite and helpful. Overall we had a great time .

good place if you are looking for a beach front house. the beach and surroundings are very peaceful and private. the beach itself is cleanest I have seen in goa. the caretaker pappu was always around to help us out.

Stay was very good, next to Anjuna Beach.

The place is a little hard to locate but it is tranquil. An old Portuguese style house with excellent rooms, good natural light and ventilation.

The place is located at the great location, very near to main attractions, I had a really good time with my family at the villa, staff there was so supportive with everything. The best part was 24/7 caretaker . If you are looking for a place to stay with big group just go book it . It’s worth every penny

The stay at Casa Tara was simply amazing! We were a group of 9. 3 couples and 3 kids, and the villa was the perfect fit for all of us. Spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, Casa Tara offered the right mix of comfort, privacy, and togetherness. One of the biggest highlights was the private pool. the kids absolutely loved it, and it became the center of our daily fun and relaxation. The outdoor spaces were serene and well maintained, making it ideal for both playtime and quiet evenings. A special shoutout to Sonia, our wonderful host, who made our stay even more enjoyable. Her hospitality made us feel right at home. If you’re looking for a peaceful, family friendly villa with all the right touches, we can’t recommend Casa Tara enough. We left with full hearts and great memories

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this charming Airbnb in Goa! The place is peaceful, full of character, and beautifully reflects the quaint Portuguese heritage of the area. We had a fantastic family stay at Ikigai II in Vagator. The property was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with a huge pool that we all loved. The caretaker was kind and helpful, preparing a delicious breakfast for us every morning. The location in Vagator was ideal—close to beaches and local attractions, yet peaceful enough for a relaxing stay. Highly recommend for families looking for comfort and great hospitality in Goa!

Absolutely wonderful stay , the villa was as described, even better, regularly cleaned and best of it all was the food.. in a place like Goa, where everywhere prices are through the roof...this was a much welcome relief..such delicious food , thar we never bothered to venture outside...the cook Shravan is an absolute masterchief...he could just cook up anything and the hosts , Bhawna, Aman, Swati and team were simply wonderful...they went out of the way to make our stay pleasant...absolutely recommend this and will definitely come back again...

We really enjoyed our stay with Shika and Gagan. They were extremely helpful with our requests and we loved the villa. Baga and Anjuna beach both easily accessible from this location. Would definitely recommend!

We had an amazing 2-day stay at this beautiful property. The private pool was clean and well-maintained, perfect for relaxing and enjoying some quiet time. What a superb place, exactly how the pictures described it. Lots of open space, lots of natural light coming in, a great pool and superb house keepers. Shrish did a great job at keeping the place up to date throughout. Only complaint would be that even though the sheets and towels are changed daily they look a bit worn out now. Other than that a great place, close to almost all the popular places (10-15 mins). Will definitely come here again

My family and I stayed at this beautiful apartment for 3 nights and loved it!! It isa very well appointed, spacious and clean apartment. Well maintained, with a huge covered balcony/terrace. Luscious and green surroundings. Would have loved to stay longer and will surely return here soon. Thanks to Shaunak and Edward.

We had a great stay. It is located in a very peaceful area and surrounded by many trees. Suril is a great host and very responsive. Reaching Ashwem beach takes 7-8 minutes on scooty, mandrem beach takes about 15 minutes on scooty. Many restaurants and cafes on the Main beach road. The air bnb is located little away from the main road and a scooty is recommended to go to the nearby grocery stores. Daily cleaning service is provided free of cost. Overall, it's a great value for the money charged.

It was a very nice place as described in the listing. The apartment is very clean and tidy and exactly as described. There is a care taker named prahlad who is very helpful and a kind person, his service was exceptional and considers guests and their convenience very well. He also cleaned the room really well. Overall all of us had a homely feel and never felt as if we are staying at some hotel or anything. Only minimum needed communication was done by the hosts so that it never interrupted our trip or enjoyment. It was a great stay and will surely recommend it to others ❤️😍.

We had an amazing time at Nitin and Abhishek’s Villa. Right from the initial booking till the check-out, everything was communicated promptly and very well. The caretakers at the property were very polite and helpful and accommodated all our requests. The villa itself was very spacious and clean and looked even better than the photos! We loved the pool attached to the property, the amenities provided were also great as we were able to cook for ourselves too. The location is right in the centre of Calangute, everything was extremely accessible and places like Assagao and Anjuna were just 20 minutes away. Would recommend this Villa to both family and friends and will definitely be back.
