Все отлично, месторасположение отличное, хозяйка отвечала на вопросы оперативно, есть место для парковки машин, квартира чистая. Немного беспокоили комары, но это не критично :)

O oaza de liniște,un loc extrem de îngrijit chiar dacă mobilierul nu este nou. Casa este extrem de curată,spațioasă,utilată cu tot ce este necesar pentru o sedere plăcută. Dimineața vă puteți bea cafeaua sau ceaiul pe terasa din spatele casei, de unde puteți admira grădina și curtea. Mulțumim gazdelor pentru toate detaliile la care s-au gândit ca să avem o ședere plăcută! Fam.Cohal

The accommodation was superb, clean and modern. Lovely place to stay for a city break if you have a rental car, as it is on the outskirts of Iasi city🫶 The views from balcony are also amazing! Definitely would recommend it!

Apartamentul este foarte frumos si foarte curat. Ne a placut foarte mult. Este dotat cu tot ce ai nevoie. Gazda este foarte comunicativa si prietenoasa. Locul este frumos si aproape de tot ce ai nevoie.

O cazare de nota 10! Proprietarul foarte prietenos, mereu disponibil la orice întrebare, cazarea foarte curată, cu toate utilitățile în ea. O zonă foarte bună și liniștită! Recomand cu toată încrederea, și cu siguranță vom mai reveni!

O experiență deosebită! Cazarea a fost impecabilă, cu condiții excelente și o curățenie exemplară. Totul a fost la superlativ – de la confortul patului până la dotările moderne și atmosfera primitoare. Gazda extrem de atentă și receptivă, ceea ce a făcut șederea noastră și mai plăcută. Cristinel is a very friendly and proactive host. He is always available to help or answer any questions you may have. He'll even tell you about Iași and give you recommendations! The location is in a quiet residential area, about 30 minutes away from the city center by public transport. I can recommend staying here.

Am fost cazat în interes de serviciu. Am avut la dispoziție tot ce era nevoie pentru cele 3 zile. Recomand!

Gabriel and K’s apartment was the best AirBnB I have stayed in. The entire place was impeccably clean, the bed was comfortable, and the A/C unit worked very well. Gabriel and K are extremely thoughtful: We had a nice welcome gift waiting for us upon arrival, the fridge was stocked with water and apples, there was plenty of espresso and delicious tea, shower gel, and many other bathroom toiletries.There is a smart TV for watching Netflix, the washer was efficient and quiet for cleaning our laundry, and they even supplied a clothes rack to hang them dry! (The washer is also a dryer, if needed :)) And, last but not least, the view from the window of the Iaşi city center is gorgeous! Great location (with parking at the apartment if you rent a car during your stay)—easy walk to the Palas Mall, restaurants…and there is a grocery store right around the corner! My fiancé and I have family in Iaşi, and when we visit, we will be booking with Gabriel and K!!!

I had a fantastic stay at Cristina’s place! The apartment was cosy, spotless, and felt just like home. Everything was exactly as described, if not better. What truly made the experience special was the host’s hospitality. They went above and beyond by doing groceries for me before my arrival, which was incredibly thoughtful and made settling in so much easier. Communication was smooth and friendly throughout my stay, and I felt genuinely welcomed. It's clear that the host puts a lot of care into making sure guests are comfortable. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, well-located place with a wonderful host. Thanks for such a lovely experience!
