Apartamentul este cu 1 camera amplasat intr-un bloc nou construit, are parcare auto, are o suprafață de 40 mp și dispune de un balcon perfect pentru un sejur liniștitor. La circa 50 m sunt 2 restaurante și o piscina în aer liber pe timpul verii, la doar 20 m este un magazin mixt, la 500m este Restaurantul Popas Pacurari, la 250 m este un Carefour Market, bancomat. Spălătorie Auto la 50 m de bloc.

Apartamentul se află într-un complex rezidențial nou, la etajul 2, într-un bloc dotat cu lift, având în proximitatea sa magazine: La doi pași (100 de metri), Kaufland (200m), Lidl (600m) și un centru comercial, Family Market (500 de metri).

An oasis of tranquility,an extremely neat place even if the furniture is not new. The house is extremely clean,spacious,equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Gabriel and K’s apartment was the best AirBnB I have stayed in. The entire place was impeccably clean, the bed was comfortable, and the A/C unit worked very well. Gabriel and K are extremely thoughtful: We had a nice welcome gift waiting for us upon arrival, the fridge was stocked with water and apples, there was plenty of espresso and delicious tea, shower gel, and many other bathroom toiletries.There is a smart TV for watching Netflix, the washer was efficient and quiet for cleaning our laundry, and they even supplied a clothes rack to hang them dry! (The washer is also a dryer, if needed :)) And, last but not least, the view from the window of the Iaşi city center is gorgeous! Great location (with parking at the apartment if you rent a car during your stay)—easy walk to the Palas Mall, restaurants…and there is a grocery store right around the corner! My fiancé and I have family in Iaşi, and when we visit, we will be booking with Gabriel and K!!!

I had a fantastic stay at Cristina’s place! The apartment was cosy, spotless, and felt just like home. Everything was exactly as described, if not better. What truly made the experience special was the host’s hospitality. They went above and beyond by doing groceries for me before my arrival, which was incredibly thoughtful and made settling in so much easier. Communication was smooth and friendly throughout my stay, and I felt genuinely welcomed. It's clear that the host puts a lot of care into making sure guests are comfortable. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, well-located place with a wonderful host. Thanks for such a lovely experience!
