Very nice and pretty location, in the middle of the Olivers and pine trees. Simple but very pleasant accommodation. Very well-maintained and very quiet swimming pool. A little haven of peace that we left with regret. Salvatore is always responsive. The lady and her husband who lives on the property are very kind. Looking forward to coming back someday. We recommend without worries.

Very large and beautiful home. Make sure you understand that electricity and linens are an extra charge. However, do not let that discourage you from booking. Electrical fee was about 20 Euro/day. Rossana and Letizia were very accommodating to help us get settled.

A beautiful house in a beautiful quiet environment where nothing is missing. Beautiful pool and well-kept indoors and outdoors. Alessandra and her husband Maurizio are wonderful hosts. They gave us great tips on restaurants, locations, beaches and much more. I can only recommend it to everyone!

Their is a very special welcome, made of authenticity, sincere and generous support, rare qualities for which we feel extremely grateful and lucky. Casa del cherry blossom is the ideal place to move from Teana to the surroundings and enjoy a quiet and family stay, which makes you want to go back, even just to see the beautiful hosts we met. A very pleasant vacation without problems of any kind. I wanted to get away from the city...this was my first wish...the Pollino park, combined with the great comforts of the house, met all my needs...

It was a very pleasant surprise. Nicola and his wife welcomed us as warm, thoughtful friends. The house is even more beautiful than in the photos. Nothing was missing... pampered and welcomed we had a wonderful holiday. In 3 minutes on foot we reached the beach to enjoy a priceless sunset on a wonderful beach in the evening. The apartment is very clean, equipped and characteristic , the location is amazing, very close to the center . The owner welcomed us very punctually with the fireplace on . Difficult, it is especially difficult for those who are not practical to turn on the fireplace and you have to have a spirit of adaptation because when you return or in the morning if the fire is not well fed, the apartment is quite cold . I think it's perfect as an apartment in the mid-season or summer . Winter is a little hard for those who are used to the comforts of radiators.

Really positive experience. Cozy and clean house, with all the comforts... and a beautiful fireplace. Mrs. Rosella is a truly exceptional host, always present and responsive, ready with the right information on places to see and places to shop or dine. To visit the Arbëreshe Museum of Culture in the village... Dr. Rosangela who accompanied us on the guided tour is very competent and passionate. Don't miss the restaurant Giardino delle Rose, the only restaurant in the village, where you can taste the excellent dishes at KM 0 by Mrs. Luigina. La Casetta di Rosella was the perfect location to spend a pleasant stay in this wonderful part of Basilicata, with 3 small children and 1 infant. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Very well equipped and newly remodeled room, for one person or a couple, an excellent host with a lot of kindness and personal details. Recommended!

Spacious, clean and great house for those who want to spend a week relaxing with their family or friends. The house is in a somewhat isolated area outside the village, so not very suitable for those who want to live "modana", but excellent for those looking for peace, relaxation and pleasant temperatures. The sea can be reached in 10 minutes by car along a bent road that crosses the village of Belmonte and reaches the marina. We were able to appreciate all the services offered by the house: outdoor hot tub, large garden and veranda, super equipped house and spectacular sea view. The host was always available to our every need and intervened quickly with a small issue we had with the veranda lighting. Great experience!

Comfortable and well-maintained accommodation with new and comfortable furniture. Andrea Maria was very hospitable and gave us excellent directions for dinner and also made the reservation at the restaurant. Very quiet environment surrounded by greenery and a stone's throw from the beach.

Cozy apartment, very kind host. The only downside, at least for the time I went (November) is the location, far from almost everything and a dark street. The rest is all good.

we spent Christmas weekend in the apartment managed by Lorenzo, it was really like feeling at home. the accommodation was equipped with all the necessary useful: kitchen, washing machine, etc. Everything is functional and efficient. Great location, not to mention the beautiful view that overlooked the lake. we really enjoyed it and will definitely be back.

Thank you to Mr Franco for the incredible hospitality and warm welcome. Felt like we were at home, with heaps of space and creature comforts, and the welcome gifts were greatly appreciated. This is definitely a family stay and would recommend during winter. Location is a bit rural however very peaceful and quiet. Thank you Mr Franco!!!
