There are 2 mini-split AC/heating units, a washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge w/ ice maker, a microwave, & a full stove range and a 56" tv. There is a deck w/ two recliner chairs. The bedroom includes a queen bed, a large closet & another 56" TV. There’s a 3/4 bathroom w/ tiled shower. The living room has a couch that pulls out to a king size memory foam mattress. The unit is about 2mi from campus and 1mi from downtown.

A charming, quiet, tiny studio loft apartment in the historic, centrally located, Westside neighborhood. This beautiful space is in a stand alone building is located 4.7 mi from airport. The exterior stairway to the private entrance has 15 steps and I have included lots of photos. There are pretty mountain views out of every window. The American Leather sofa and bed are comfortable. The water pressure in the shower is excellent. Check in and check out times are firm.

Laura’s place is really cute and has lots of character! The place offers many convenient features like earplugs and room spray. The place is close to downtown areas which has really good restaurants, some folks recommended us to check out Rockin Rudy’s, and it turns out to be right next to Laura’s place. Overall really nice place to stay and would come back in the future!

I absolutely loved staying here! Charming and beautifully decorated home. A wonderful guest book with several great recommendations! We ate at the Tagliare Delicatessen and Biga Pizza based on our host’s recommendations and both were outstanding! I appreciated all of the amenities, the host had several local beers and cider to sample in the fridge as well as a variety of seltzer water. Lovely coffee bar with everything needed for a morning cup. Located in a great neighborhood close to the University and Downtown. I will try to stay here again next time I stay in Missoula!

We loved our short stay at Ashley’s place and will definitely book it again if we will be near Missoula. It’s about 15 minutes from the airport, 20 from downtown, so it is a convenient location with plenty to see and do. The deck is a great spot to sit and read while you take in the garden and lush surroundings. There is plenty of room inside the private and quiet unit, which is a loft detached from the main house. We felt at home
