Welcome to our fully remodeled, energy efficient home, centrally located in the mountains of Missoula. Our home is a short 10 minute bike ride to downtown or a $12 Lyft. We hope you will enjoy our open concept one bedroom, one bath studio. Amenities include a fully stocked kitchenette, large bathroom with tub and organic toiletries, on demand water heater with heated floors throughout (for those cool Montana mornings), stocked laundry room, large fenced backyard and patio w/ seating and grill.

Missoula, Peaceful University District Guest Suite

Nestled near the tranquil University District, this clean, comfortable & quiet lower-level guest suite offers a serene oasis within easy reach of all that Missoula has to offer. You're just a 30-minute leisurely stroll away from the picturesque Riverfront & the vibrant heart of downtown Missoula, where an array of dining, shopping & entertainment options await. The beautiful Pattee Canyon hiking and biking trails are merely a 5-minute drive away. Not suitable for families with young toddlers.

The Cottage

This cozy cottage is located on a quiet street in the Target Range neighborhood of Missoula. It is adjacent to a main house, but it is completely private and self-sufficient. The cottage can be accessed by a lockbox, allowing guests to check-in as they please. This is tiny home living. Additional guests are not recommended. The cottage is also available for 30+ day rentals. Message the host for pricing and availability. No smoking or vaping on the premise, no parties or events, no pets.

Maple Leaf Suite

Steve and Diane would love to welcome you to our home. You will have a separate entrance to the top floor consisting of two large bedrooms and a four piece bath. We offer a small fridge/freezer, microwave and coffee facilities. The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. We are a 25 minute walk to the Griz games and are willing to arrange a private shuttle service to the games if available. We do restrict on parties, pets and children under 10.

Independent ground floor guest suite of Log Home. Private estate surrounded by old growth Ponderosa pine forest. Two spacious bedrooms, a large bathroom, living room, and full custom walnut kitchen with all new stainless appliances and a laundry room. Very peaceful, secure and quiet. The road is a Montana style dirt road. When there is NO snow any car will make it up the hill. In Winter you will need a four wheel vehicle. We snowplow the road as necessary in winter. We are Pet friendly.

Fully renovated in 2022, with a large kitchen, gorgeous bathroom, hardwood floors, and top-notch beds, this is THE nicest place to stay in downtown Missoula. This location is just steps away from the best that Missoula has to offer - the river, trails, events, concerts, farmers markets, and more, allowing you to eat, sleep, and play in the Last Best Place.

Unique Luxury Grain Bin called the Happy Place

Unique grain bin, luxury style glamping, with heated tile floors, air conditioning, breath taking views, and loving farm animals to include two Bison. The grain bin has an outdoor porta-potty 20 feet away and a summer outdoor hot shower and also guests share an indoor restroom 75 feet away, laundry room, kitchen, and a rec room in the basement of the main house with a private entrance. Enjoy a fully equipped home with a kitchen, bathroom, and queen-sized bed. We do not have a fenced yard for your dog. Please make note! NO CATS! A fine of $100 will be assessed.

The Historic Catholic Mission is just a stone throw to the South. The National Bison Range is just up the hill and to the North. Separate entrance to a single flight of stairs will bring you to your home away from home! Centrally located, so minutes away from any of Missoulas hot spots. Given the nature of most basement apartments there is a living unit above that has recently been added to Airbnb as well.
