The road is a Montana style dirt road. When there is NO snow any car will make it up the hill. In Winter you will need a four wheel vehicle. We snowplow the road as necessary in winter. I spent two nights in the Birch room over Memorial Weekend. The home was quiet and other guests were very friendly. The host was very responsive and everything I needed was available. I liked embracing the hostel/shared-space vibe. If you prefer a structured and organized setting this may not be a good fit for you. I found it comfortable and an excellent value for the price. I would definitely stay again.

Staying and visiting the space was really nice. I had a wonderful time. She made the kitchen available to us and it was perfect. The kitchen is great! The space was very clean. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to dust and such and I felt fine the whole time. The beds were comfortable and cozy. The location was also really nice because the house is on the way and close to hiking and nature. I highly recommend the stay. Prue also made some amazing cranberry cornbread for breakfast. Such a wonderful stay. My only regret is not being able to stay longer! We'll have to come back again for a visit.

Having been a part of AirBnb for at least a decade, our stay with Prue takes the cake ! Prue’s hospitality and kind heart is second to none . Her home is beautiful and the linens and bedding is so cozy. Prue’s location is extremely convenient. We were so thankful for Prue’s well stocked , beautiful kitchen . We had everything we needed and more . We loved our stay with Prue and her two canine companions Lucy and Maya.

Wonderful experience all around. The home is beautiful! Lots of windows and light. Nice view. Our room was private, good bed and clean bathroom. The best part was our hostess, Prue who did everything imaginable to help us feel comfortable! She and her two sweet dogs welcomed us and our dog, Cheller. We can’t imagine a nicer place to stay!
