The house is located in a very quiet area. Disneyland Paris and Parc Astérix are a 25-minute drive away. Paris is within a 30-minute drive, with quick access to the highway. You will find a supermarket, bakeries and restaurants within a 5-minute walk. Public transport to get to Paris in less than 40 minutes, a bus passes in front of the house and will drop you off at Villeparisis station to reach Paris by train. Festive events prohibited.
