In our single-family home, we rent out our modern studio. The studio is located on the first floor, has its own private entrance, and is completely separate from our living area, except for the shared staircase. We place great value on sustainability – our home is heated with geothermal energy and we generate our electricity with a solar PVsystem. Experience the special feeling of starting your day with a clear conscience. Right next to the main entrance, there is a free parking space available.

Es ist ein Patrizierhaus, Decken sind höher (2.20 m) als typ. Appenzeller-häuser. Die Küche ist voll ausgerüstet. 2 Hochsitze für Kinder/Babybetten vorhanden. Hunde willkommen. Wanderwege beginnen sobald man die Strasse überquert. Wichtig: Separat ist auch ein Inserat auf airbnb geschaltet, um das ganze Hausteil zu mieten (8 Personen).
