The village of Mattsies is located approx. 10 minutes from the A96 and thus all relevant destinations such as Augsburg, Munich, Memmingen, Lake Starnberg, Lake Ammer, Lake Constance, etc. can be reached in approx. 60 minutes and less. The apartment is excellently designed for long-term stays. Please read everything under "Your accommodation" and "Other relevant information"! The garden and terrace can also be used. Mattsies is also in a quiet area surrounded by meadows and forests.

Peaceful oasis in the countryside

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Here, in the Stauden recreational landscape in the Augsburg Westliche Wälder Nature Park, you can really relax and unwind. Hiking on the Stauden meditation trail or sitting in the cozy beer garden, gentle stream valleys let the eye linger. Tourist destinations are easily accessible by car in 30 minutes, such as Landsberg am Lech and the thermal spa in Bad Wörishofen. The Allgäu Skyline Park in Rammingen offers family fun.

The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. The apartment is newly renovated, 100 sqm2 in size, offers plenty of space, light and a view over the lake and the mountains – great to unwind. Living/dining room, balcony, kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms & a sauna.

The approx. 65 m² apartment is located in the basement in a newly built detached house on a hillside. It has its own entrance and is barrier-free. The apartment is equipped with a double bedroom and closet, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a living and dining area with fitted kitchen (with dishwasher) and sofa bed, as well as a guest toilet. The hillside location opens up a spacious terrace with a carport in the south, which invites you to relax and barbecue.

You can expect a 56sqm apartment with its own entrance. The completely fenced, adjacent garden is directly accessible via the terrace. The apartment is divided into 2 rooms, bathroom incl. towels and toilet paper and fully equipped kitchen. The bedroom is equipped with a 2x2 meter bed, which can also be divided into 2 2x1 meter beds, a closet and a sideboard. In the living room next to the flat screen TV is an XXL sofa which can also be used for sleeping.

In our high-quality and stylish tree house, which is furnished with a lot of love for detail, you will find an enchanting retreat for rest and relaxation. From the loft bed you can watch the starry sky and the forest animals. A special experience is also our own dairy goats.

Quiet yet everything is within easy reach

Take the whole family to this great home with room for fun and entertainment. On request, we can also style the bed covers in a slightly more fun way (see photos). We of course also have firefighters, princesses, dinosaurs, etc., if your children wish. Please let us know in advance :-) And in October, things get creepy in the apartment, too. We strive to make it look as spooky as possible. No one should say it was boring with us ;-)

This unique apartment impresses with its modern style of furnishing. It can accommodate up to 8 people and has a well-equipped kitchen, a living room with a nice dining area and a sofa that can be converted into a 180 x 200 cm bed. In addition, there is a room with a desk and a bunk bed, 2 cozy bedrooms with two single beds 90 × 200 cm each, which can also be connected to a double bed, as well as a terrace with a garden.
