Hay un parque muy grande cerca para poder pasear o hacer ejercicio, así como supermercado y muchos servicios a los que se puede acudir caminando. Esta muy cerca del ITAM y en la ruta hacia Santa Fe, la colonia las águilas está ubicada entre barranca del muerto y altavista y el departamento esta a 700 metros del periférico

Departamento con acabados modernos, tiene algunos de detalles de humedad. Ya que esta sobre la avenida hay algo de ruido de autos y cuando entran y salen personas del edificio. No cuenta con estacionamiento, ni estufa. Es otro punto importante que la mayoría de los huéspedes preguntan.
