Completely renovated in 2025. 4 bedrooms, a total of 6 beds. There are also two sofa beds as extra beds in the single rooms. Balcony in the master bedroom. Fully equipped kitchen. Fireplace. Patio with a grill and cozy fireplace. Wood-fired hot tub where you can bathe with a view of the lake. A rowboat and a canoe, including life jackets, are included. Kayaks are available for rent for an additional fee. Electric car chargers are available for a fee.

Relax with family/friends in this peaceful home. Only 150 meters from Skåne's largest lake, Lake Ivösjön. The cottage is 90 sqm and is decorated in a modern style with most amenities. Here you live in the middle of nature with lovely forest around the property and with the lake and sandy beach just below. The cottage consists of 2 bedrooms, one with 1 double bed and one with 2 bunk beds. 1st toilet with shower and washing machine. Large terrace with garden furniture and grill. On the property, there is also a wood-burning sauna.

Take a break and unwind in this peaceful oasis with beautiful views of the sea. Hörvik is a wonderful little fishing village with many beautiful houses and walking paths. An idyllic place all year round! The house is next to a nature reserve and only 50 meters to its own jetty. Hörvik has its own fish restaurants, ice cream kiosk, beaches and gym with sea view. 10 minutes away by car is a supermarket with grocery store, restaurant, pharmacy and several shops. Sölvesborg is a 20-minute drive away, a beautiful picturesque town.

Only 300 meters to the swimming area in Edenryd, you will find a newly-built spacious accommodation. An apartment of 50m2 with fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. The house is in the middle of the harbor with a view all the way to Hanö. A stone's throw from beaches. Two patios on the front with morning sun and large backyard with afternoon and evening sun.

If you want to listen to music, visit Strandcaféet where live music is offered several evenings a week during the summer months. A cycle path takes you to Sölvesborg in about 20 minutes.
