The cabin is completely for itself with its own jetty and has several nice outdoor areas. The heat pump keeps the temperature smooth throughout the day and the wood-burning stove can be lit for cosiness and extra heat. Skiers at Øynaheia are not far away and you can buckle the skis at the cabin and walk towards the slopes from there. Very nice swimming opportunities with its own jetty outside the cabin. The cabin has a double bed, a single bed and 2 extra mattresses.

The large lawn in front of the cabin is also ideal for children. In autumn you can pick blueberries, cranberries and mushrooms. In winter, Øynaheia has great trails for those who want to go cross-country skiing. Solar panel, well water right on the outside and the outdoor shower takes you right back to authentic cabin fun. There are two bedrooms with a double bed and a loft with four good mattresses. In addition, a toddler bed. Outside, a large terrace awaits where you can enjoy the stunning views. The cottage is surrounded by lush nature with hiking opportunities in the area, and at the lake just below the cottage you can sail, fish and swim. It is possible to rent a boat with an electric motor. SUP and canoe are free.

The road has a barrier at both ends. 100 m from bike route 3. Very fast internet. Outdoor living room with fireplace can be borrowed on request. Swimming area in the river 50 m from the cabin. Many hiking trails. Rowboat can be borrowed from about April to about November. Lots of small fish in the river. No fishing license required.

The sauna located by the jetty can be ordered if desired. Free parking about 150 meters from the cabin. Nice fish in the water, no need for a fishing license.

Bjonnepodden

Bjønnepodden is placed on a fantastic view plot on the Bjønnåsen cabin. Panoramic views in quiet surroundings with nature right outside. The pod is small but you have access to most of the amenities as well as a separate toilet and outdoor shower with hot water. Note: when the frost comes, the outdoor shower is closed, but there is still hot water inside. A short drive inside the field and you will get to the swimming area and jetty in Røsvika. There are nice hiking areas right outside and an active wildlife.

New barned log house with an amazing view over the entire boat rental from Homborøya in the east to Justøya to the west. Large and spacious house with great ceiling height in living room/kitchen. It's sunny from morning to evening, and plenty of opportunities to sit outside, or in the good chairs in front of the big windows. Here you can enjoy the stillness and tranquility and the wonderful views. There are no neighbors. It is a 500m walk to the sea. Possibilities for renting a rowboat. Great hiking areas.

Spend your day hiking, playing, cycling or canoeing. If you ar visiting during the winter season, Gautefall, with possibilities of cross-country skiing and downhill slopes, is only a short care ride away.
