Accommodation on a farm near Lillehammer and Sjusjøen

In a lovely setting with forest, pasture and water views, it is suitable for accommodation and activities. The farm is quiet and secluded. You can groom the horses and goats on the farm. Around the farm there is the possibility of short and longer trips, both on foot and by bike. On the farm, about a km from the house, is a small water where you can swim and fish in the summer, or just enjoy the silence. Experienced riders can rent a horse for horseback riding. Sjusjøen, Lillehammer and Moelv are about 20 minutes away.

Great location with free view of Norway's largest lake, Mjøsa. 30 minutes from Oslo Airport, Gardermoen and about 50 minutes from Oslo city center. You sleep in the living room (there is no separate bedroom), there is a double bed. The Stabburet is part of a farm that has been significantly upgraded in recent years and offers accommodation, participation in growing vegetables. Events are held from time to time. Great hiking areas. Rental of 2 electric bikes as well as 2 kayaks.

The farm is located about 7 km from the center of Lillehammer(not walking distance)with a great view of Lillehammer. The apartment is on the top floor of the main house and contains 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with bunk bed, 1 bathroom, well-equipped kitchen, dining room with sleeping alcove and a large living room where some space can be converted into a sleeping alcove. There are opportunities to make use of the garden and outdoor area.

The farm is about 15 minutes drive by car to the city, Elverum. A grocery store is about 13 minutes away. You should have a car to stay with us. You will find a farm in operation, with tractor driving at times, but also silence, nature, trees, fields and forest as neighbors. Occasionally you can see moose and deer on the land. Sometimes it's the northern lights!
