The 1st floor consists of a kitchen and bathroom, while the combined living room and bedroom with double bed and sofa bed are upstairs. TV is installed, while wifi is not available as of today. Come and live in a transformed barn on a small farm. The house contains two storages that are combined with rather steep stairs.

The stabbur belongs to the small farm Kollbekk. Large green areas and dog yard with house will be available to the guests. The location is in the vicinity of Mjøsa about a 1 hour drive from Gardermoen, the airport bus stops 200 meters from us. Within 15 minutes there is Totenåsen with abundant hiking opportunities winter such as summer, Norsk Hestesenter Starum, Gjøvik and Toten golf club Sillong, Gjøvik city with mountain hall and wheel steamer Skibladner. An hour's drive to the Mjøsbyene Lillehammer and Hamar.

Come enjoy this quiet lakeside setting. The property is situated on the edge of the forest, 100 m from a small lake that connects to Storsjøen. There are plenty of hiking tracks in the forest, and we have two bikes for rent so you can explore the countryside roads. Storsjøen is a large lake great for fishing both in the summer and winter. In the summer, you can take the river down to the village of Skarnes, situated on Norway's longest river Glomma. We have a boat, a canoe and a kayak for rent.

Peaceful private guesthouse, close to OSL and Jessheim, easy to go to and from the airport with buss, only 11 minutes. Close to Oslo citty, 50 minutes by buss and train. Pannehuset and Birkenhytta

As you can see the pichtures show you two cabins, built together. The new cabin have two bedrooms, bath and a smal kitchen. Separate toilet. The old cabin has tow rooms one a bedroom , the other a living rom. The furniture is old in this rom , and has some old paintings as well. There are a stove to make it warm, nice and cosy. Firewood for free. There are plenty of space to sit outside, in wintertime this is on the starting place for Birken skirace. 3km from Rena.

Cabin with a view

The cabin is a part of a half acre large property "Krislund", situated in a quiet place, 200 m from the beach, in an area with old houses and large gardens. View towards Oslo. The ferry to Oslo goes regulary from the tip of Nesodden, 20 min walk. 25 min drive to the amusementpark "Tusenfryd". We live in the mainhouse of the property. Optimal for two persons, possible with four. (The loft-bed is a bit claustrophobic dough fully sized)
