Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Modane

We had a lovely week with our kids. We enjoyed the chalet very well placed at the foot of the slopes, the storage of skis and boots in a very well designed and heated room. The new apartment is very nice and tastefully decorated, all the kitchen equipment is there up to the raclette machine which was very useful to us. The environment of the chalet is perfect with all on hand, purchase package, rental of ski equipment, convenience store, various shops. In other words, we highly recommend this apartment. We have just spent a great week at this apartment. It really made our holiday being superbly located a short walk from the main square and ski lifts. The apartment is very well appointed, cosy, comfortable and fully matched the description provided. Maxime responded quickly to our questions. It was perfect.

The apartment is as described and as per the pictures. The location is outstanding for ski in/ski out. We stayed as a couple but the apartment would work for our family of four. The shower and WC are teeny tiny but are perfectly formed. The apartment as a whole has been well thought out and makes excellent use of all the space available. Bonuses are: close to P2 car park, great view from balcony, close to ski school and ski lifts, supermarket in apartment block along with ski hire shop. All in all 10/10. Well done to the excellent hosts.

This air bnb was lovely - just as described. The bunk bed room is quite small, snd we had a small adult sleeping on the bottom - but I think the top bunk is only suitable for children. The apartment was extremely clean and well looked after. The kitchen is extremely well equipped. A bonus, was that the settee can be made into a double bed and very comfy. In high season, this apartment would be a fabulous place to stay. It is next to the main lift and you can ski right back to the door. I would assume in the season, there would be lots of night life and restaurants open. Unfortunately, for us, the village had finished it's season the week before, so, there was only one restaurant open and the Spar shop's shelves were empty! I'm not sure if the price we paid was indicative of this - we paid £1200 for 4 nights. However, I would highly recommend the apartment - Melanie sent lots of information about how to access the car park/apartment/ski lockers etc - very stress free.

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful apartment! We stayed for a month with our 3 kids and enjoyed lots of walks and hikes, runs through the valley, and beautiful views. We would love to stay again!

We had an unforgettable girls' weekend in Le Granges in Roger. This home was a small haven. Very classy interior with comfortable bedding, the air conditioning that is very important with the heat we had and an exterior with spa pool and petanque court that we loved. We had a problem with the coffee maker that was resolved very quickly thanks to our welcoming host and the little care for us, thank you again

The chalet was great in every way!!! Very spacious, incredible view from the living room and bedrooms and quiet and relaxing environment. The bathroom in each room is really a plus, especially when you come with children. Upon arrival, we found a very clean and tidy accommodation as well as quality bedding. Great stay. 👍

My cycling friends and I decided to cycle in the region around Saint-Jean-de-Maurienne. When we went looking for a suitable base, we ended up at "Au Pied des Cols" by Laurent. This turned out to be a modern, compact, detached holiday home, literally at the foot of Col du Chaussy and Col du Sapey, in a beautiful, quiet location near Saint-Jean-de-Maurienne. Large enough for the three of us, ideal for cyclists as well; there is a practical storage space, including all the equipment for cleaning and maintenance of the bikes, perfect. The communication with Laurent went smoothly and smoothly, the check-in and check-out also, flexible by using the key box. All in all, this apartment is highly recommended!

We could not have asked for a more amazing three weeks. The chalet is in an exceptional location on the hillside above Arc 1600. The views on all sides are breathtaking - sunsets and sunrises, Mont Blanc, the Tarentaise Valley. The morning birdsong is deafening. You're pretty undisturbed up there - the occasional skier passing or parapenter taking off or snow-shoer wandering by. The chalet itself is beautiful, well-furnished and well-equipped and the huge terrace has sun all day on sunny days. Laurent is an excellent host. It is accessible either by skidoo (on arrival with luggage); a chairlift then T-bar on skis (quite easy with groceries from a visit to the shop in 1600) or, if the drag isn't running, it's an easy 250m walk up from the chairlift. (The walk down to the village takes around fifteen minutes but longer in deep snow, the walk up from the village could be done by brisk walkers in twenty five minutes but it is uphill all the way).

We had a great vacation in Aussois in this charming accommodation that we found pleasant and very well-equipped. We were a couple with a child on vacation for skiing. Thanks to Thierry for his kindness and availability.

We loved our stay in this nice apartment! The location is ideal: you just have to cross the street and you are on the slopes. The bakery is literally across the street, so fresh croissants and baguettes were picked up in the morning. The apartment itself is cozy and smartly decorated, with everything you need for a relaxing week in the mountains. The first floor is a little lower, so you have to stoop a bit, but that gets used to quickly and didn't actually bother us. Everything was clean and tidy upon arrival, and communication with Virginie went smoothly. An ideal place for those looking for comfort, convenience and a good atmosphere in Val Thorens. We would book here again in a heartbeat!

Beautiful apartment, clean and impeccable, with everything you need for a super pleasant stay and super useful services as a place to store your skis, very nice common areas (pool, sauna, billiard room, gym, possibility to order bread and pastries for breakfast, reception…). Perfect location just minutes from the navette leading to the slopes and less than 10min from the egg and downtown Méribel, with shops, restaurants, etc. A 10!

Sandra is very responsive in answering our questions. Yves, who hands over the keys, is also very available and accommodating. The accommodation is very well equipped, quiet and good location.

We had a pleasant stay at Laurence's. The location is strategic for skiing on Orelle-Val Thorens, plus a free shuttle is available at the residence. The accommodation is clean and functional. The bedroom bedding could be renewed, but we will come back without hesitation. Thank you Laurence for the valuable advice and your hospitality!

A cosy appartment with a phenomenal view, very well located in Arcs 1600 with direct access to ski slopes. Nice terrass too. Good parking place as well where the car is parked safe and shielded. Excellent communication and clear instructions on how to get there.
