Absolutely wonderful stay! Unfortunately only one evening but definitely would have loved to stay longer if my schedule allowed. Can't wait to return to Modena and stay here. Everything is walking distance - the cathedral, fruit market, amazing restaurants and shops. I also made an error while checking out and Alessandra was extremely understanding and proactive.

The landlord was very friendly and always responded to our questions. The room was also very clean and comfortable, which made our trip to Modena a memorable one.

Honestly- quite a nice appartment, accessible by bus, plus a cute terrace. We had a very nice stay ☀️

cant speak highly enough for Leonardo’s place! Is located in the heart of Modena, roughly 15 mins walk (with suitcases) to the train station and is very flat and walkable. Also in the corner of Main Street but you won’t hear any noises day and night. When we first arrived it was a tiny dusty near entrance due to construction at the hallway but thanks to Leonardo’s cleaning supply is very easily taking care of by ourselves. And believe me I believe he did all the deep cleaning before our arrival and you can’t control the construction outside. The bed, let me put this way, very comfy and we likely had our best sleep in Italy! I also appreciate the AC especially during humid weather. I like how this layout separated two bedrooms so you won’t hear any noises from the other side. Overall, I will rate 10/10 for this place!! It plan out really well if you decide to stay at Modena and enjoy the good food and surroundings nearby!

This apartment was amazing , it is in a perfect location , tucked behind the main streets , it’s quite and very private It had everything I need for the two week stay It’s close to the Main Train Station and Bus Station But also the main area of Modena is merely a few minutes walk and is full of Restaurants and Bars From my perspective this location and this apartment ticked all my boxes for the holiday o wanted There is even a beautiful quite restaurant straight outside the front t door that’s open from early to evening dinner The apartment itself was spotless and had all the amenities anyone could need The host is super responsive and I felt very much at home Thank you and I would recommend to anyone

Extremely well located, next to Modena’s historic downtown. Lots of beautiful architecture in the adjacent streets and felt very safe. Andrea and his sister were very communicative and helpful during my stay. It’s like a 20 minute walk from the Enzo Ferrari Museum if that is the purpose of your visit.

Our stay at the apartment was great. Our host had everything prepared for us including breakfast, snacks and juice for the kid. They were super polite and reacted right away to everything we asked. Everything was super clean and stuffed with everything you could imagine. The apartment is in great location - super close to the city center and 150m away from a nice area with many restaurants, bara and coffees. Close to the University, the neighborhood is full of young people. I would totally recommend the place and if we come back to Bologna, will surely book it again if free!

Perfect stay, bedding and very fragrant linens, warm, cozy house, comfortable bed, modern and functional decor, really nothing is missing. Congratulations!

The place is near highway. It was recently renovated. The availability of the parking space is a plus.

Chiara welcomed us in person for check-in, providing us with all the necessary information and also advising us on how to get around the area, where to eat, etc. Friendly, flexible for us with the arrival time as we had several km to go, kind and quick to respond to messages. Apartment matching the description and photos, clean, new and equipped with everything you need. Spacious rooms, each with its own private bathroom, all in accordance with the description. Position in a quiet area not far from the center of Modena with the possibility of parking the car even inside the courtyard, supermarkets nearby within walking distance. Really recommended. Thank you Chiara, if we were to return to Modena we will see each other again.

Barbara was a wonderful host, meeting us upon arrival, helpful with recommendations, booking taxis, etc. The apartment was very comfortable and the location was ideal. We especially appreciated the air conditioning in the warm June in Bologna. The only issue was construction noise in the bedroom in the morning. Hopefully, that is temporary.

Chiara's home is the best place to stay in Modena. Everything was exactly as mentioned. Both she and her mom made sure that we would have no issues finding the place and would have no problems during the stay as well. They were extremely accommodating.

What a fabulous accommodation!! Its location was perfect for us, right next to Maggiore Square but in its own little alley. The beds and pillows were comfy in the spacious rooms. Wine was left for us and a fridge full of breakfast goodies and snacks! We were so impressed that such care for food items was made available, so generous. The two terraces were lovely and we enjoyed the early mornings and the early evenings relaxing there. We wished we had stayed longer!!

The location is ideal for exploring Bologna. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable. The aircon was very efficient. The outside terraces were pleasant to sit in.

We had a wonderful stay at Matteo’s place, really beautiful apartment, super sweet balcony. The perfect location, city center in walkable distance and beautiful neighborhood. Communication with Matteo was super nice, we could even check in two hours before the indicated check in time, which was really convenient! Thank you, we had a great time in Bologna!

We had a lovely 4-night stay in this beautiful apartment while my husband participated in a nearby tournament. The apartment is modern, clean, and beautifully decorated, exactly as pictured. The neighborhood is peaceful and still conveniently close to the city center. The host was very responsive and provided clear instructions throughout our stay. Everything went smoothly, and we truly enjoyed our time in Bologna. Highly recommend!

This airbnb is at a great location from which you can reach everywhere in the city by walking. Host is very warm hearted and always responded quickly. Kitchen and bathroom offer all the basic things you need. Apartment is on the ground floor. Air conditioning works well too. I really enjoyed my stay!

We would like to give more stars, as the stay was more than perfect. Incredibly clean and attention to detail. The family is super friendly and also gave us a small tour of the farm. The hospitality is great. We felt like at home. The spa is really clean and relaxing. We hope that we can arrange to see the accommodation and the family again. Thank you for the dairy products on arrival! Thanks to the host's tip, we ate at the "Ristorante Pizzeria al Caminetto" with Massimo in the evening. Authentic and incredibly delicious. Clear recommendation!

We highly recommend this flat! It was all we could ask for. Went there with our grown up children and loved every second. Especially appreciated the kind welcome and good communication since this was our first visit.

Great apartment even for 5 people. Big kitchen, two bathrooms and easy access. Highly recommended ;)
