The sofa converts into a comfortable double bed in case of more guests. ATTENTION! NO kitchen, washing machine and TV, not suitable for long stays Possibility of outdoor parking.

The apartment is located in the beautiful Costa-Saragozza neighborhood 200 m. from the city walls.At 100 m. there are bus stops going to the city center or to the station. On foot in 5 min. you are immediately inside the walls between the gates of Sant'Isaia, San Felice and del Pratello streets. Equipped with an independent entrance. It's possible to parking near the apartment at 7 euros for day or in Municipal Parking(5 euros per day). There is breakfast for the first day of accommodation.
