Heidi's Home in the Dolomites

Apartment on the second floor of a villa at an altitude of 1,500 m with a wonderful view of the Dolomites, which have been declared a World Heritage Site. It is suitable for couples with children or for groups of up to 4 people. I offer a bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, and living room. The house is located on the road that leads to the Venezia mountain hut, where there is access to the summit of Mount Pelmo at 3,168 m. From there, on clear days, you can see the Venice lagoon. For those who can't climb, there is a trail that goes around the mountain.

Open-space design apt in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Artemisia - The Dolomite's Silence

The independent entrance, with external stairs and an elevator, leads to the first floor where the Silence apartment is. It has three rooms with double beds and one with two French beds, all with private bathrooms. The loggia, balconies, and large windows offer views of the landscape, creating harmony between nature and interiors. The equipped kitchen with a large table and tiled stove is the heart of the home. In the attic, the living room provides a cozy space to relax in tranquility.

Cabins situated in a quiet location on the campsite. Maximum occupancy of 2 people. Accommodation made of larch and pine wood with a double bed made of solid wood, under which there is a space for storing clothes and belongings. Bed linen provided, heating and electrical outlets. Small porch outside. Shared external bathroom (approx. 50m away), parking space approx. 100m away. Free Wi-Fi. Hairdryer available at the reception on request. The cozy, bright apartment "Renates Gründer Suite" (65.5 m² + 24 m² terrace) is located on the first floor, has two separate bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, a private Finnish sauna, a sofa bed, a terrace, toilet, hairdryer, a fully equipped kitchen with cutlery, dishes, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. In two minutes on foot you can also reach the Archaeological Museum of South Tyrol, where Ötzi, the ice man, is kept and we are therefore in the heart of the city, with its historic center, its arcades and characteristic places.

Elegant, bright and cozy apartment, completely renovated to guarantee a comfortable stay. Excellent location, very central and in any case in a quiet and exclusive area in front of the Talvera Park; 15 minutes walk from Bolzano station. Nearby you will find markets, cafes, shops, supermarkets, restaurants, pedestrian walks, cycle paths and even the Archaeological Museum. Maximum two people. Non-smoking only.
