La villa , adults only,se encuentra en una colina privada así que las vistas al mar son inmejorables.Tiene piscina privada de uso exclusivo .Las playas están a 6/7 minutos de coche y en Las inmediaciones hay un campo de golf.En el interior de la finca hay varias plantas olivos y otras edificaciones independientes .Es muy difícil encontrar un sitio igual cerca de la costa y de las playas más conocidas de Gran Canaria.El entorno es rural. La propiedad es tranquila .

The approximate distance to the road is about 100 meters. The environment is very beautiful, in the middle of nature. There are many routes in the surroundings for hiking. It is only 5 kms from the Cruz de Tejeda by royal roads and one kilometer from the Barranco de La Mina.
