This was one of the best Airbnb stays I've experienced in my entire life. Everything was magically beautiful there. The place was clean, there were a nice fire pit with lots of woods to burn to warm up. We used kayak (it was a bit chilly, but still), we roasted stuff on fire. There was a nice brewery nearby that had live music and good burgers. The place is also close to Norwich where you can buy stuff that you may need. Totally recommended!

We stayed in Fly Creek just a short moment from our son staying in Cooperstown Dreams Park. Coming from South East Texas, the carriage house was a retreat house, nestled in the back of the property. Meghan was a wonderful host, greeting us upon arrival and being available when we had questions. The house itself was beautiful, clean, and completely stocked with all amenities needed to cook etc. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will book again if our youngest son travels for baseball next year!!

The pictures don’t do it justice. In the pictures it looks dark but there is a lot of natural light. Michael was great, he made sure we had all the instructions and even called me directly to make sure my trip would go smoothly. I really appreciated the cleanliness of the place. It has always been my biggest fear. Thank you so much for providing water and coffee that was sweet. We were there for Cooperstown Dream Park and the drive was not far. It is beautiful and peaceful. Thank you for the hospitality.

The carriage was a great place to stay. I was in Saratoga for work. It is close to downtown and SPAC. The kitchen is well stocked. It was great to have access to the herb garden for when I was cooking. The hosts were very nice, and I felt very comfortable there.

This is the second time we've stayed at Caitlin's place. This time we brought our 2 grandchildren, ages 5 and 7. The kids had a great time. They especially loved going out first thing in the morning to visit the horse. The house is a great base for visiting attractions in the Cooperstown area, and for cooking meals and eating in the few times we didn't eat out while visiting attractions. We definitely recommend Catlin's as a family-friendly place to stay.

This place was very rural and there was no road noise at all just the sounds of nature. It was just as described. As others have noted the fact the none of the walls go up to the ceiling means there’s very little privacy in the bedrooms or bathroom. As long as you are alone or a couple/or are comfortable with that, you are set. It wasn’t an issue for us!

The location is easy to reach with access to main roads facilitating travel to other areas as well. We were there for a wedding in Schoharie and this location was ideal for us. Quiet neighborhood that is within walking distance of restaurants, shops and a movie theater. The town is historic with charm. Cheri and Brian offered the little details that make for a cozy stay and were responsive immediately to our requests.

Great guest house in a quiet section on the east side of the lake. We were looking for a spot away from the holiday weekend tourists and this was perfect for that. We enjoyed swimming off the deep water dock and relaxing on chairs on the dock overlooking the whole lake. The guest house is pretty new (probably 1-2 year old construction) so everything worked, was new and clean, etc. There was one review about the lack of landscaping - it is still a bit of a construction zone so if you have little kids you want to be able to run a around a yard it’s not quite easy for that. We were fine going straight from the guest house to the dock so it didn’t impact our enjoyment of the property. If you want a place away from throngs of tourists, this is a great spot!

We had an amazing stay at Kristin and Dave’s cottage and cannot wait to return. The cottage was spotless, very well equipped, and supremely comfortable. Both Kristin and Dave were very responsive, extremely helpful, and provided great instructions and assistance. The location was beautiful and so peaceful. The outdoor space was such a nice option, and the porch and pool were so nice to relax in. We wholeheartedly recommend the cottage!

The little house was very quiet and peaceful and it was sparkling clean. There was everything we could want to make our stay comfortable. The kitchen was amazing! I wish we had had time to enjoy the house more but our relatives kept us busy. I will recommend Sherlyn’s place to our other relatives.

This is our second time staying at this house and probably the 5th or 6th time hosted by Ray. We must say that Ray is the best host you can find on Airbnb. Always proactive and responsive to ensure we have the best stay. He also takes great care of his properties. This house is perfectly located with a lot of privacy and close proximity to town and skiing. It’s brand new, open and airy layout that’s perfect for a family or small group with everything on the main floor and a large mud room on the ground floor. We loved staying here and will be back again.

This cozy and quiet retreat is exactly as described and pictured. It felt like a luxe private condo, with every amenity we needed. Huge TV and comfy couch for lounging after a day of adventuring. We were there for Dreams Park, which is about 11-13 minutes away. It rained a lot during our stay, so the washer and dryer were clutch. Cooperstown itself is only 5 minutes away. The Fly Creek Cider Mill is walking distance and a great place for delish treats. The general store on the corner was a daily breakfast for us—love this store. The Buzz restaurant also down the street was fantastic - great cocktails and menu. Henry, the host, is the nicest and most responsive host we’ve ever had. All in all a 10/10 experience. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Kristen is an outstanding host. We arrived after midnight following a concert, and she had stayed up to greet us upon arrival and give us a quick tour of our lodging area. Her guest apartment was perfect for our short stay. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at Susans place the 2nd week of June 2025 and her place was just whay we were looking for. The place was very clean, had all the amenties you needed for cooking, such as pots, pans, spices, utensils, and even a coffee maker with filters. Their was an extra special touch added of a half dozen eggs from the farm down the street. The rooms themselves were very clean and comfortable. The views of the mountains and the horses were amazing! I cant say enough, it was such a wonderful stay.

We had an Excellent time at Jim's place. Definitely very friendly, personable, & I would definitely go too stay again. One of the Best Places we have stayed! The Weekend Girl's, Penny, Heather & Joyce.

I spent a weekend at Chris's adorable country home and I loved every second of it. From her warm greeting with her sweet pup Emma, to the fresh fruit and snacks she provided, to the clean and comfortable apartment, everything was just as wonderful as I expected it to be from the pictures and listing. But for me, the absolute highlight was the immediate access to walking trails through nearby woods and fields, and a paved rail trail that led to more extensive walking trails through a farm preserve, as well as the quaint neighboring towns. But if hiking wasn't my thing, I would have been just as happy sitting on the deck or curled up in the bright and sunbathed living room with a good book. I hope to be able to return some day to this beautiful area and charming location.

Clean place short Uber ride to SPAC and downtown

Perfect location. We had a great stay in the carriage house. It was cozy and convenient. We had everything we needed and were right in the heart of the village. Michele was easy to reach out to with questions.

The home is exactly as seen in the pictures, it was spotless, cozy, and welcoming. Everything we could have possibly needed was thoughtfully provided. Little touches—like treats and water—made us feel so special. Our host was absolutely wonderful—responsive, kind, and genuinely invested in making our stay comfortable. It felt less like a transaction and more like being welcomed by a friend. They gave us great recommendations for nearby cafes, hidden gems, and things we might have missed otherwise written in their binder. The binder also information on the history of the area and their journey which was a nice touch. This is a great writers retreat!

Perfect cottage! Jeff’s cottage was perfect for me and my husband as we visited Utica for the first time to watch our grandson’s hockey tournament at the Nexus Center. The cottage was warm,cozy and so welcoming in a very safe area. The decor was beautiful and the bed very comfortable. Jeff is awesome and so responsive to anything you need. He was away when we were there and even sent his dear Mom to help us when it snowed. Stay here. You will not be disappointed.

Loved staying at Gabriella’s place. Conveniently located and easy to find. We were arriving late and Gabriella made sure that the walkway was free of ice and snow (there had been some snowfall earlier). Absolutely spotless!! Will def stay here again.
