Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Here you live in a newly built house with a large, beautiful lake view and lovely nature right next to the house. Here you can take a lovely bath in the Jacuzzi, lean back on the jetty, go out and fish with the boat or hang out on the large balcony overlooking the lake. The accommodation offers space for 6 people divided into 3 bedrooms where one of the bedrooms has its own door out onto the terrace. The accommodation includes free fiber WiFi and access to 2 TVs and Chromecasts.

The modern kitchen and inviting living room are situated in the open part of the house with an outstanding ceiling height. On the ground floor there is also a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm wide) and a toilet with shower. With a step ladder, you get up to the cozy sleeping loft that is equipped with two adjacent 90cm beds. Warmly welcome.

There is access to a large garden with outdoor furniture, barbecue Trampoline, playhouse and barbecue area in the forest if you want. There is a very nice bathroom with shower and toilet. There is a kitchenette with cooking facilities, fridge with freezer compartment, stove and dining area for 4-5 people. The small bedroom has a wide single bed and a loft bed with ladder. Here you can live comfortably with plenty of space for families, friends and business travelers who want practical accommodation close to the city. The plot is lush and green, with a balcony in a sunny south-facing location. For children, there are grassy areas to play on. You live close to both Vänern's water (450 m) and the travel center (1.6 km).

Ta med hela familjen till detta fantastiska ställe med massor av plats för skoj. Vårt rymliga hus passar utmärkt för två familjer och erbjuder många aktiviteter utomhus. Massor av aktiviteter kan hittas på i den den stora trädgården. Vi har en stor studsmatta, gungställning, ett spelrum för att hålla barn aktiva. Med kajaker kan ni ta lugna turer i Tidans å. För att njuta av fiske (kostnadsfritt), kan ni använda våran båt. Cyklar finns också. För dagens avslutning har vi en badtunna och bastu.

Välkommen till denna avskilda och mysiga stuga med sjöutsikt över sjön Örlen. Stugan ligger ett stenkast från barnvänlig och välskött strand med bad- och båtbrygga. Här kan ni koppla av och njuta av lugnet, bada, fiska, promenera, cykla, plocka svamp. Huset ligger mittemellan Sveriges största sjöar - Vättern och Vänern så det finns många sevärdheter som ligger i närheten att besöka och njuta av.

A former meierei has been refurbished and is available for guests from the spring of 2023. In old walls, three bedrooms were stylishly integrated, one of which was an open gallery with an overall Ceiling height of over 6 meters in the open ridge. Two bathrooms, one with shower and one with shower tub allow the stay of up to two families. A large balcony facing south completes the apartment.

Äppelgården Holiday Home is a small cosy house, situated between the outside of the small village Ullervad and a forest. The river Tidan flows at 200mtr. from the house. The house is suitable for 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. The house is available only on a weekly basis. Mariestad area offers a lot of opportunities for hiking, mountain biking, canoeing and interesting places to visit.
