Peaceful accommodation, which is centrally located. Good trains/bus connections to the city centre and airport. Parking and electric ladder included! High standard of the accommodation. 2 bedrooms with double beds of 180 cm. 1 bedroom with bunk bed + floor bed of 90 cm. Large kitchen with Quooker and ‘all’ of equipment. Our part of the house is great for friends as a family with small children. We can customize with toys, high chair and baby cot:) Due to area, 6 persons are recommended. Possible with 7 to 8. Lovely house located in the heart of Bymarka High standard. Amazing rural location but you drive to Trondheim city center in 15 min. You will need a car to get here, but in return you will live in the middle of the hiking terrain with unique possibilities in summer and winter. The property is used by the host as a holiday home when it is not rented out. Bed linen and towels are included The 5th bed space in the living room. If you want to stay rural but at the same time this is something for you It's not a party place. Animals welcome.

A spacious loft apartment perfect for you/you who want a accommodation centrally located both to the city center (15 min walk) and the city mark (5 min walk). The apartment has two bedrooms with lots of storage space, bathroom with washing machine, living room with dining area/workspace, kettle, microwave, fridge, TV lounge and private outdoor area with heating lamp that can be freely disposed of. The apartment has its own entrance and parking space. Bus no. 11 has frequent departures with the stop just nearby. Welcome!

Grocery stores and restaurants nearby. 4 parking spaces + EV charger access. Children's equipment (see last photo) can be arranged for a small fee.

Sentral enebolig med normal standard i et fint og strøk. Det er fire soverom i huset, to bad med toalett og dusj. Det finnes også et vaskerom med ekstra dusj og et ekstra gjestetoalett ved inngangen. To av soverommene har dobbeltsenger, og to soverom har to enkeltsenger i hvert rom. Det er parkering for to-tre biler med én elbil-lader tilgjengelig. Huset passer best for familier eller grupper. Vi bor her til vanlig selv, så private gjenstander finnes. Vi har besøk av hund noen dager per måned.
