Holiday Home with Pool 100% private near the Beach

**Breakfast or homemade pizza are available on request (extra charge applies). Rental cars with airport transfer (2h) is also available. ** The holidayhome is located in the mountains with a view into the nature. It has a pool (not heated) and a private garden area. We strongly recommend to have a car. From the house you can reach many points of interest (the vulcanic islands, the Etna etc). Even supermarkets, ice cream shops and restaurants are close to the house. The beach is 20 minutes away.

A Montalbano Elicona (ME), borgo più bello d'Italia 2015, in pieno centro storico, si trova Helikon -la dimora del viandante-, struttura a locazione turistica breve. Qui il tempo sembra essersi fermato. La dimora, sapientemente ristrutturata è servita di ogni comfort. Il cotto e la pietra che si mischiano all'antico legno creano un'atmosfera calda e magica, l'ideale per trascorrere un rilassante e piacevole soggiorno. Ideal place for a romantic couple or a family loving nature and searching tranquility. Two bedrooms with big windows and fan ceilings opened to the garden area and a luminous living room boosting wooden ceilings and mosaics floors. A kitchen corner surrounded by windows where to cook admiring the transparent sea. A garden to relax in a hamac and a fully equipped barbecue.

E' una nuovissima struttura ricettiva ultimata nel gennaio del 2017 ed ubicata sul piazzale principale del borgo di Montalbano Elicona, a soli 25 metri dal portale di accesso al Castello Federico II. La casa vacanza conta di ampia zona living con cucina, una stanza da letto molto ampia con doccia in camera, servizi igienici ed un ampio terrazzo che guarda alle montagne. La sua particolare posizione la rende unica sul territorio.
