Quiet 96m2 apartment, located in the modern centre of Warsaw. A comfortable double bed ( 160/200) in the bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a convertible sofa (140/200) for two in the living room. The second bathroom accessed from the hall contains WC & shower. The apartment has also a separate little room with washing machine and a dressing room. Wi-fi and TV with a collection of CDs. A large terrace with a table and chairs overlooking a park. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, two bathrooms, a terrace, possible allotted parking space in underground garage. I welcome you, I can advice you on transport and sightseeing. I can help with problems whenever necessary. This apartment can be found in the modern city center, near Grzybowski Square and Saski Garden. Supreme location in downtown Warsaw within walking distance to such attractions as one of the best theatres in Warsaw (TR Warszawa), Saviour Square with great hang-out places (Charlotte, etc) and Łazienki Park (a bit smaller from Central Park in NYC but definitely more beautiful :)). The apartment is located in the second row which makes it very quiet and also very sunny! It’s on 4th floor with no lift so you’ll enjoy some excercise! Self check-in allows flexibility.

Despite being located in the heart of Warsaw the place is quiet (windows outlooking the inner squere). The apartment is modern, freshly renovated, designed by an architect. Czyste mieszkanie 37 m2 na Starym Mokotowie, blisko Metro Racławicka, Metro Pole Mokotowskie, SGH i centrum miasta. Internet. Samodzielne zameldowanie. 2 piętro bez windy. Nie wystawiam faktury. Tylko dla 2 osób. Aktualnie balkon nie jest dostępny z powodu remontu do połowy października. Remont jest prowadzony od zewnątrz.
