Discover our new home, in Moliets-et-Maa, 10 min from the beach by bike and 5 min from the village. The house has three bedrooms. On the ground floor, master bedroom equipped with a tv, with bathroom and private toilet. Upstairs, a second bedroom (160 bed) with dressing room, a bathroom + wc, and the third bedroom (160 bed) with dressing. The living room and equipped kitchen, overlook the fenced garden, private hot tub and pool. With family or friends, enjoy our region peacefully.

One of the most beautiful Airbnbs we've ever stayed in. It was hard to leave (so much so that we left things there! A big thank you to Claire!!) A real cocoon between woods and ocean, in the immediate vicinity of the house. The pretty center of Moliets is a 5-minute drive away, you can get there by bike or on foot, and even in the sand along the ocean 😊 Everything was impeccable, meticulously thought out for our well-being, and tastefully decorated. The outdoor shower and private terrace were a real plus. We didn't want for anything. A big thank you to Édouard and Claire who are very responsive and more than adorable hosts. We'll be back for sure.

We had 9 wonderful days in Christine's dream house. The reception was very friendly, the amenities of the house, the outdoor area, the very nice pool, everything exceeded our expectations. Everything was really thought of and we felt right at home. The possibility of using bicycles also helped us a lot. There are also many other things to be active with... table tennis, surfboard, bodyboard, balls and much more. On foot, you can quickly (with the bikes in just under 5 minutes) reach the very beautiful beach and the beautiful town center. We will definitely be back! Marco with family

We spent a rejuvenating and soothing weekend, surrounded by nature. Surrounded by greenery, in the middle of the golf course, everything was there for a perfect stay. An ideal place to take a break, enjoy the calm and reconnect with the essentials. We highly recommend this address to all those seeking tranquility, comfort and authenticity.

The place is perfect! The very central location. There is an attached bar that scared us a little when we arrived but it was reasonable in terms of noise and we use quies balls. Auriane is very available and the apartment is very functional and comfortable to stay in. Moliet is ideal for families with children or young people. Very good stay, we highly recommend it.

Excellent stay! House with 3 fairly large bedrooms, a spacious living room, and a very nice large terrace, overlooking the golf course. There is also a beautiful terrace upstairs, accessible from the children's room. The house is well-equipped, there is everything you need in the kitchen, there are board games, outdoor games and books for young and old, very nice! We are a 10-minute walk from Moliets beach and its activity area (shops, bars, restaurants). The center of the village is 5 minutes away by car. Bike and golf rental close to the house. The residence is quiet and pleasant. We recommend 100%:)
