Villa holiday rentals in Moliets-et-Maa

Small townhouse in a small complex with 36 houses. It is almost invisible through the fences and many plants. You can sit comfortably on the wooden terrace under the trees. The house is clear, but furnished with style. Everything was very clean and a basic set of hygiene items was also there. There was nothing missing! Only the beds are quite hard. The beach is about 600m away. We give the house and Catherine five stars. We felt very comfortable there!

What a lovely and nicely decorated house (quite exceptional in France...) in a beautiful place at the end of a dead end street, in the middle of the forest. It was actually wonderful to just be around the house, enjoy the tranquility, the pool. Beach and more can be reached inside, supermarket same (in Leon).

Very nice villa, with a large terrace at pine height. Enough to take yourself for a squirrel and enjoy nature. Everything is accessible by bike thanks to the bike path.

Beautiful villa in a quiet environment! The villa is beautiful, very practical, each room has its own bathroom and toilet which facilitate the autonomy of each during the stay. The equipment is of high quality and everything is done to ensure that the stay is in the best conditions. Our stay here (3 days) went very well!

The house is perfectly equipped (we see that the owners live there for a good part of the year, because there is really everything you need), tidy and carefully maintained. The neighborhood is quiet. We are not too far from Hossegor and the beaches. The pool and aperitif area are perfect. Between the rental and our vacation, a pergola for the dining table and air conditioning in the parent room have been added👍. Lydia and Stéphane were very welcoming and helpful, always available to answer our questions. Thank you so much for a great week.

We had a great time at the house and that was despite the fact that the weather was rather mediocre. Even on a rainy day, it is very comfortable in the great house with 14 people. The kitchen is well equipped and when the sun comes out it is wonderful in the pool and on the large property. The house is very quiet and privacy is absolutely respected. All in all, an absolute recommendation!

We had a great stay, the villa is fantastic. The proximity to the bus stop with frequent buses was brilliant.

Villa Aralia is the dream residence for a holiday or a long weekend with friends! The entire outdoor space is beautiful and perfectly furnished, with an outdoor kitchen overlooking the pool and jacuzzi, then behind a large garden surrounded by large trees that preserve your privacy. There is everything you need to avoid boredom: petanque, barbecue, volleyball court, ping-pong table... We really had a good time! Thibault is also a very welcoming host, friendly, dedicated and responsive. I highly recommend it!

House very well located, very well equipped, appreciable jacuzzi, you can do everything on foot, surf rental, bike, top restaurant nearby. Great welcome by Hugo! All positive!

We arrived after a long journey and were hosted very well by Emmanuelle, who agreed with us on the terms of arrival. After a key handover and brief explanations about the premises, she "left to go on vacation". We were able to enjoy the calm right away. A dream. The pool is large and the possibilities to lie down are great. It's quite private, because it's in an elevated position. The property is both sunny and shaded thanks to the trees, which is very nice. By bike, you can quickly get to the beach - either a little away from the crowd, or - if you like - right in the center of the village. We enjoyed the pool and the sea in the same way. The house offered all the comforts you would expect for a relaxing stay. For us and our dogs, it was a moment of absolute relaxation. We'll definitely come back.

Lovely house in a new part of Moliets, the place had everything we could ask for; enough rooms and 2 bathrooms, nice swimming pool, outside and inside dinnertable, multiple places to relax, big kitchen and a bbq. Everything was brand new and very clean. Option to park two cars on the driveway too. Bikes can be put in the garage as wel. Whole place can be locked with a gate which is a plus. On the pictures you don’t see any curtains because all rooms can be darkened with a somfy system this system operates the lights outside and the swimming pool as wel. Would recommend and for sure come back😁

What a lovely location for two families with young children. The setting is tucked away in the trees but positioned so the swimming pool and lawn gets lots of sunshine. the outside covered searing area meant most of the time was spent outside and the pool being heated was excellent. cannot recommend enough. a lovely house and a 5 minute drive to Moliets beach. Aurelie was excellent at communicating and the guidance offered perfect. The host and accommodation makes for a holiday you will remember!!

We were two families with four teenagers in Chatherine's house and felt really comfortable. The vacation home is very spacious and there is also enough space for everyone on the terrace. Both dining tables (indoor and outdoor) are large enough for all guests. The pool is also nice and clean and invites you to swim and splash in the morning and after the sea! Unfortunately, there is no toilet in one of the bathrooms, and the 3rd double room is on the 2nd floor, which is open to the living room. You have to keep that in mind if you need all the sleeping accommodations. The four bedrooms on the first floor were enough for us. The bathrooms will probably be renovated this winter, which will add even more value to the house. We borrowed wheels that can be ideally parked in front of the house, so you are independent of the car in Moliets, which we enjoyed very much. We would come back to the house of these incredibly hospitable and likeable landlords any time.

Very good hosting by our hosts and the nice dog. Friendly, very nice access to the park, the accommodation is spacious and functional.
