Our wonderful Swedish house, lovingly called Birka, is ideal for families, with parents and grandparents, but also ideal for friendly couples. 2 separately usable living areas on the first floor/attic with 1 bathroom each are ideal for this. It is quietly located in a vacation home settlement, surrounded by birches, with reduced traffic. The fenced garden with sandbox and playground quickly lets you forget everyday life and a vacation mood arises. Outdoor deck chairs and seating area let you enjoy the sun.

5-star apartment - 128 m² - 3 bedrooms - for 6 people - ground floor

Feel welcome in our 5-star apartment. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 box spring beds, 1 double bed and a baby crib available. The living-dining area has a large flat-screen TV, hi-fi system, Wi-Fi. Our kitchen is equipped with the latest appliances. Brand new is the hot air fryer. One bathroom is furnished with toilet, walk-in shower and bathtub, the second bathroom with toilet, washing machine and dryer. The garden is completely enclosed. The car can be parked on the premises.

Vacation home of the Laß family

We rent a centrally and quietly located bungalow in the Birkenhain holiday resort in the immediate vicinity of the beach (1500 m). The cottage has a size of 56 m² including a 20 m² conservatory. It has a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a couch. The vacation home is best suited for 2 people. In the living room, however, there is the possibility to fold out the couch into a sleeping option (2 people). The vacation home has air conditioning and Wi-Fi.

This bright and welcoming property is located on the second floor and in the attic of a house with a total of four apartments. This property is located in a very quiet area on the outskirts of the small village of Trassenheide on Usedom. The pretty little vacation resort was built around a historic mill in a beautiful, well-kept garden. The sea is only a walk away. On foot through the beautiful dune forest (20–30 minutes). Or by bike/car to the beach promenade.

Fantastic thatched roof house with direct views of the Achterwasser, very lovingly and modernly furnished. It is an approximately 115 m² vacation home with a large sun terrace for up to six adults + 1 child. At any time of the year, it offers everything you need to relax and unwind. Two double bedrooms and a large family bedroom are available. The downstairs bathroom has a spacious sauna. The fireplace provides romantic coziness.
