You can find here an absolute tranquility.The house is located 50m from Wolin National Park (a great forest) and 1,2km through this forest to the beach. Theater, cinema, museum harbor, zoo and train station within walking distance. The market square with its gabled houses in the style of brick Gothic is around the corner, as is the Pomeranian State Museum. This is an animal-free non-smoking household. Therefore, unfortunately, animals are not welcome. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment.

Next to an old rectory, we have individually expanded a small side room for us, for friends and guests. Some things are modern, others still have the charm of past times. Much seems to us to be coherent, some is still in the making. So nothing is standard. What we have not yet considered and is useful for guests can usually be quickly supplemented. The cottage is surrounded by a natural garden on the edge of the field, so it is located in a small, agriculturally active village.

The two modern and cozy houses built in the half-timbered style are located on a quiet residential street (dead end). The spacious garden with two barbecue areas and a weatherproof shelter, sun loungers and a lockable bicycle shed is available to all guests.

Our house is very close to the city of Greifswald and the Hanseatic city of Stralsund is also not far away We have converted an old workshop especially for you, equipped with underfloor heating, TV, Wi-Fi and high-quality mattresses for a good night's sleep.
