This compact 17 square metre first-floor studio with a real 160 cm bed, a modern kitchen and bathroom. The apartment has free street parking and is situated in the centre of Molsheim, close to all amenities. several eateries. It's an eight-minute walk to the train station. Strasbourg may be reached in 25 minutes by vehicle along the A35 or in 15 minutes by train. REMEMBER: There is street parking available for free. The studio strictly prohibits smoking. Sorry, but we are unable to accept pets.

Its location is ideal since it is only a few minutes walk to the city center and the train station, which will allow you to reach Strasbourg in less than 15 minutes. We provide you with a car garage and a bike storage room. You will also be very close to all amenities (cinema, bowling, supermarkets, highway access...)
