Monthly Rentals in Monclova

Good location, close to restaurants, supermarkets, … The accommodation matched the host's description, clear and simple instructions to access. Well-equipped and clean. The only thing, which wasn't a problem either, is that it lacks a little natural light. Great option to stay in Monclova.

It is a nice little space, the only thing anyone looking to book a place here should be aware of, it is a very busy location at night. Parking is a challenge, especially on the weekends. Towels, water, and some limited cookware and dishes are available (several pans, bowls, plates), enough for my fiance and I to enjoy a nice romantic dinner or two. The view was nice and was very convenient having an Oxxo convenience store within a 2 minute walk of the room. It does get a little noisy later into the night but by midnight, much of the chaos dies down and it is very quiet by 1a. There is a church nearby that rings its bell very early in the morning, at 6a, for most people, it wont be an issue, but as a very light sleeper, it was enough to wake me up, but as I said, its almost inaudible in the room, so it will not be an issue for most people. TV and internet were more than adequate with minimal interruptions, we were able to enjoy some late night tv.

I loved the place. It was in very hot weather and the air conditioner works perfect. Everything was great. Would stay there again without thinking about it.
