This quiet and friendly place is ideal for a stay with family or friends. In a harmonious setting located a stone's throw from the Loing Canal, water points and close to the Fontainebleau forest (15min drive). The house is a 5-minute walk from the town center, where you will find a grocery store, bakery, tobacco shop, restaurant, and pharmacy. You can enjoy the entire property as well as a garden, shared with the townhouse where I live. Parties are strictly forbidden.

Access to the edge of the Loing is a 2-minute walk, Come and discover Grez-sur-Loing.

Charming two-room independent duplex, completely renovated, overlooking a beautiful common courtyard (large courtyard/lounge available). Located between the hiking trails of the Fontainebleau Forest and the Loing. Quality cleaning is provided by us (included in the price). Bike rental (including electric) possible from our neighbor (instructions on the last photo of the listing). Bike path to explore on the towpath of the Loing Canal (Scandinavian).

The Marais de Larchant, a labyrinth of canals with a view on the medieval Saint Mathurin basilica, lies just West of the Fontainebleau forest, close to the famous bouldering spot of la Dame Jouanne. The house rented is fully independent, with 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 dining room and a large drawing room. It has its own linen, kitchenware and cutlery. It also has its own internet connection. We'd be happy to host you (English spoken) !
