La maison se trouve à 5 min à pied du centre ville avec épicerie, boulangerie, tabac, un restaurant et une pharmacie. Vous pourrez profiter du logement entier ainsi qu’un jardin, partagé avec la maison mitoyenne dans laquelle je vis. Les fêtes sont strictement interdites.

Bike rental (including electric) possible from our neighbor (instructions on the last photo of the listing). Bike path to explore on the towpath of the Loing Canal (Scandinavian).

The house rented is fully independent, with 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 dining room and a large drawing room. It has its own linen, kitchenware and cutlery.
