Villa Terre & Mer is located in Escoville, between the beach of Cabourg and Caen (15 minutes) You will enjoy a private indoor pool heated to 29/30°C all year round. This house for 7 to 8 people includes on the ground floor: an 8m x 3.5m swimming pool, a shower, a toilet, and a laundry room. On the second floor, a kitchen opens onto the living room. On the 2nd floor, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with a shower, and a toilet. Outside, there is a terrace with a plancha, a relaxation area, and a small courtyard with a ping-pong table.
