To visit the hilltop villages: La Garde Adhémar, Clansayes, Saint Restitut, as well as the markets of Nyons, Vaison la Romaine, less than an hour away the Gorges de l'Ardèche, the Pont du Gard, the crocodile greenhouse, the gorges of Toulourenc, the castles of Grignan, Suze la Rousse, Mont Ventoux (visible from the terrace). The owner lives next door.

It is located upstairs, for four adults, adjoining the owners' farmhouse. 48 m2 living room, with fully equipped open kitchen, relaxation area with 127 cm TV, air conditioning. 35 m2 master suite with walk-in shower, double sinks, separate toilet, air conditioning. 30 m2 mezzanine. Both beds are 160 X 200. Private terrace with Weber barbecue.

The Pool House – Organic Charm & Pool

À Goult, maison de village organique privatisée, imaginée par un antiquaire-architecte. Un lieu vivant, mêlant matières, pièces anciennes et charme authentique. Accès à la piscine et au jardin du propriétaire, partagés avec cinq autre logements paisibles. Une expérience intime au cœur du village. La maison n’est pas accessible en voiture. Vous pourrez vous garer sur le parking public gratuit de la place du village ou juste autour, à une minute à pied.

This new single-story villa has 2 beautiful bedrooms with two 160 cm beds, a large bathroom, and an open living area, including a living room, dining room and a kitchen equipped with everything you need (oven, toaster, air fryer). The living room has a sofa bed perfect for 2 extra beds. It will be as pleasant to live in the villa with its large bay windows as in the garden (under development) with deckchair, palm tree and swimming pool (8x4).
