Holiday rentals with a sauna in Monferrato

Vasco’s place was a great find. It’s unique in form and made for a more romantic setting. The location is readily walkable from the M1/M4 station of San Babila, which made it extremely easy to get to from Linate airport. The proximity to the Duomo was excellent for our stay. Even with construction going on in the building during our stay, it was wonderfully quiet inside our unit. There’s a Carrefour supermarket right down the end of Via Cerva if you want to cook, eat on the go, or keep food costs down.

Nice, clean, and quite condo in a upscale neighnorhood. Host is kind and responds to questions very quickly.

Eine wirklich tolle Unterkunft, sehr neu und toll ausgestattet. Sie liegt in einem neuen Haus, alles ist sehr gut gepflegt. Das Schwimmbad und das Fitnessstudio waren sauber und auf dem neusten Stand. Klimaanlage, Be- und Entlüftung, alles vorhanden. Sogar ein Weinkühlschrank war in der Wohnung. Eine einbruchsichere Tür und ein Portier am Tag runden das Angebot ab. Wir waren rundum Zufrieden. Vielen Dank an Sandro und sein Team für die professionelle Betreuung. Das einzige was zu erwähnen ist, was aber kein Mangel war, durch die Be- und Entlüftung war immer ein leises Geräusch zu vernehmen. Wenn jemand empfindlich ist, so wie wir, kann dies ein wenig stören. Aber wir leben auf dem Land und sind sowieso geräuschempfindlich. Wir würden beim nächsten Mailand Besuch auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

The house was very comfortable and clean. The location was easily walkable to navigili canals were we enjoyed happy hour and we were able to use the metro subway in about a 10 min walk to get to the city central and train station. The home was very well equipped with everything we needed a quiet terrace and plenty of rooms and bathrooms. It is 3 different levels and lots of stairs but it made the spaces very private. The rooms each have their own a/c system which was amazing after a day in the Milan heat and humidity!

We enjoyed our stay in Milan. The apartment was SO spacious and had room for our whole group of ten people. The beds were extremely comfortable. Close to stores, restaurants and the very reliable Milan metro. Would stay here again!

L’ alloggio è stato davvero una bellissima sorpresa. L’appartamento era bello pulito, ben tenuto e curato in ogni dettaglio. Si vede che c’è attenzione e passione dietro. La zona è splendida, tranquilla ma comoda per muoversi, ideale sia per rilassarsi che per visitare i dintorni. L’host è stato gentilissimo, molto cordiale e sempre disponibile. Anche tutte le indicazioni ricevute sono state chiare e precise, cosa che ho apprezzato molto. In generale tutto il servizio è stato impeccabile, dall’ordine alla comunicazione. È una di quelle esperienze che ti fanno venire voglia di tornare. Consigliatissimo!

Elisa è un’host fantastica, rende la permanenza semplicemente come stare a casa propria. La cura per ogni dettaglio, la sollecitudine con cui consiglia le migliori attività del posto, la voglia di rendere tutto perfetto, beh, fanno sì che tutto si realizzi e che tutto sia perfetto, semplicemente perfetto! La splendida cornice in cui ci si trova è Bossolasco, piccolo paese abitato da splendide persone, curatissimo e davvero caratteristico. Sicuramente torneremo, tutto rende l’esperienza unica. Magnifique établissement ! Calme, luxueux tout y est ! Nous regrettons d’avoir pris que 2 nuits. C’est une certitude nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Par contre, nous vous conseillons de faire des courses avant d’arriver au logement ou de manger à l’extérieur car à Ognio malheureusement le restaurant est fermé. Gros coup de cœur pour la Tana di Jack a quelques km du logement.

Our stay in Juan Pablo's home was absolutely amazing. The apartment looks just like the photos and we felt right at home the minute we walked in. It's well connected with the city but at the same time calm and peaceful. The kitchen is extremely well stocked which is really important for us as we did quite a bit of home cooking. You can really feel that it's someone's actual home (but also, please respect it!) rather than an apartment built just to make money off of renting it. Most importantly, Juan Pablo was super friendly and answered all of our questions and helped when we needed the help. If he was in town I would've grabbed a beer with him :) would definitely come back!

Dit was echt wat we nodig hadden, ontstressen in een prachtige rustige omgeving, helemaal alleen tussen die geweldige bergen. Die rust, de kalmte, die prachtige natuur. Het huisje was door de perfecte uitleg makkelijk te vinden. Het oude huisje heeft een prachtige metamorfose gehad aan de binnenzijde, met de juiste materialen helemaal aangepast naar de moderne noden. Heel mooi ingericht en de sauna is inderdaad een pluspunt. Voor de deur een eigen waterbron, wie kan dat zeggen. Het is wel aangewezen om voor je naar het huisje rijdt om je boodschappen/inkopen reeds mee naar boven te nemen, want éénmaal boven is er niets meer. In het laatste dorpje Pialpetta is een klein supermarktje. Het was voor ons een geweldige ervaring, doen we nog eens. Bedankt Marco

We enjoyed our time at Alberto’s apartment which was well located within walking distance of Milano Centrale and all the important attractions. We felt safe and comfortable and were grateful for having a well appointed apartment, not lacking in anything. I would recommend this apartment.

Place for people enjoying sea, mountains and italian style of holidays. It is close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Nice balcony, and reserved parking spot. Also small swimming pool at the roof. We were there for the second time (first time 3 years ago), so you can see that the place is not brand new, but still in a good shape. We can recommend.

Bellissimo appartamento in posizione panoramica con vista sulle bellissime colline dell'Oltrepò. Elisabetta è molto gentile e disponibile, attenta alle esigenze dei suoi ospiti e mai invadente. Consigliato!!

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in diesem Haus man hat seine Ruhe und der außenbereich ist perfekt. Ich habe nichts was ich bemängeln könnte. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundlichkeit wir kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder :)

We had a lovely experience at this accomodation! The house very clean, and the kitchen was very well equipped, making it easy for us to cook our own meals. Unfortunately there was no wifi but that did not bother us that much. The pool was clean and the bedding was nice. There is lots to do in the area, in terms of visiting towns/villages, but also the mountains and waterfalls, I definitely recommwnd staying here

My family and I had a fantastic stay at Giovanni & Sara’s beautiful home. The pictures don’t do it justice, it has so much space. We particularly loved the infinity pool with the view of the alps which was unexpected on a clear day. We also made great use of the table tennis and were so impressed with the barn! The views never failed to be stunning and we would highly recommend to anyone else. Good proximity to larger towns and cities also for day trips. Thank you Giovanni & Sara!

Ci siamo ritornati una seconda volta! La casa di Ebe offre tutti i comfort + una spa, ampio parcheggio, giardino privato dove rilassarsi al sole, vicina a tutti i servizi, in uno dei paesi più tranquilli della valle. Se tutto ciò non bastasse è incastonata nella valle a pochissimi kilometri da qualunque tipo di attività, dalla passeggiata all'escursione per esperti. Ci ritorneremo anche una terza volta!

We booked Nicolò's place to have the opportunity to relax after a quite stressful first half of the year and the place did not disappoint. We had the pool to ourselves, the entire place is separated from the main home from the owners so that gave us a lot of privacy, the gym is also private (that was cool too) and our dog Poncho had a nice garden to ran, play, chase iguanas, etc. Bepe made us feel welcomed right away and was super helpful, proactive, while also respecting our privacy. Also, Ivrea might not be so well-known but there are plenty of nice cafes, gelaterias, bars, trails to walk, lakes - there's plenty of stuff to do. 10 out of 10. Great hosts, great place - we loved it, we'll be back :)

Paolo war ein super Gastgeber. Unwetter bedingt sind wir später angereist. War alles kein Problem und Paolo sehr flexibel. Das Anwesen ist sehr schön und einen Aufenthalt auf jeden Fall wert. Leider etwas schwierig zu finden und doch sehr abgelegen. Als Ausgangspunkt zum wandern oder Biken perfekt.

Host davvero gentile e comprensivo. Appartamento pulito e tranquillo: un'ottima opportunità di rilassarsi.
