Duplex Historic Center - Parking - Garden

This chic and design home is in the historic center of Amboise. Located less than 5 minutes walk from the Château Royal, it is part of a 16th century residence with a French garden. Restaurants and shops 20m walk away. The perfect location, with the private parking space is right in front of the property. Attention! The Bedroom and the bathroom are upstairs, the toilet is on the ground floor. If it's a problem to go down to the toilet at night, please don't book.

Ground floor apartment 70m2 Parçay Meslay Châteaux region

Bright ground floor 70 m2, adjoining the main residence, very quiet terrace, parking space at the entrance to the accommodation. Self check-in in our absence. Access A 10 a few minutes to the heart of the Loire Valley and the Vouvray vineyards, shops 2 minutes away in the town center (annual closing in August), supermarkets 7 minutes away. The cottage is fully disinfected before each arrival. As much as possible, I prefer to welcome my guests when they arrive.

Stay in a peaceful oasis, in a detached house with heated pool (May 1st to end of September) within the property where we live. You will be surrounded by a wooded park with pond. The place is ideal for a family or people looking for calm and nature. In the heart of Touraine, Tours and Amboise 15 km away, you will enjoy the Loire Valley castles, the Loire by bike, 1 hour from Beauval Zoo, 1 hour from the Futuroscope, and 10 minutes from the A10 (exit 19)

The market town of Parçay meslay 1 km walk bakery, butcher shop ,restaurants ,walks nearby in the vineyard, the Vouvray and its tasting cellars. North side 8 minutes' drive away with a cinema ,Brasserie ,Mac Donalds ,o' tacos , Auchan . The Center of Tours 10 minutes by car and its beautiful banks of the Loire ,its Cathedral and mythical Place Plumereau with its half-timbered houses. The iconic Chateaux de la Loire ,Amboise ,Langeais ,Chenonceau!!

It is located 2 minutes' drive from a supermarket, bakery and bar/tobacconist in a small authentic village of the Touraine Gâtine and close to Tours (20 km) and Amboise (25 km) What to expect: country atmosphere with chickens, frogs, birds etc., for a real green stay!
