Monthly Rentals in Monroe County

This is a spacious home with an equally spacious backyard. It’s peaceful and comfortable. This is the second time our family has stayed and we hope to stay again in the future. Thank you Tony and Stephanie for being kind, responsive hosts!

We stayed one night at Jacks place and it was even better than expected! If I could give more stars I would. The place was extremely clean, looked new, and had everything we needed without extra items of clutter. Pawpaws place is about 1 mile from I-40 so it is super convenient on and off the interstate when traveling. We were headed to Tennessee from Houston and this overnight stay was perfect for our stopover. We will definitely stay there if we make that trip again!

The lodge was exactly like it was listed. As custom call makers we loved all of the hunting touches. The water was very hot, kitchen was stocked with all items needed to prepare the food we brought, beds were comfy, and we enjoyed the fenced in yard for our dogs. Most of all I liked how responsive the hosts were when I had any questions at all and they worked quickly to help me with anything. I would absolutely stay here again and even told friends about it as well!

Very satisfied with the stay. House was clean with close proximity to the boat ramp which was exactly what we were looking for. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to fish or hunt at Maddox bay or white river refuge. Great place to stay
