Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Monroe County

We loved our stay here! We made plans to go and visit The Lost Sea but we wanted to stay the night before so we could see the downtown area of Sweetwater. The house was just minutes away from local shops and restaurants and only ten minutes to our main attraction so it was a perfect fit. The place was extremely cute, comfortable and clean. She thought of all of the comfort items that one could possibly want. A LOT of blankets which we loved. There are plenty of games and tv’s for extra fun. Some of the extra amenities such as the shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels, coffee maker and washer/dryer were all nice touches. The beds were so plush. We all had a great nights sleep before our little adventure. I’d highly recommend the Carpool Garage for drinks and live music. We’d also recommend the Lazy Beagle Rooftop for lunch. Excellent vibes, prices and quality food. Thank you so much Kim for offering such an amazing home away from home!

Actually private /secluded nice location and friendly host. Very clean with soft blankets and pillows. Plugs aren’t worn like hotels.

John's Airbnb in Maryville was perfect! It was extremely clean, comfortable, quiet, beautiful, close to everything, spacious and exactly as in the pictures and description. it had everything we needed and more. We had a great time over Father's Day weekend celebrating with family at my sister's house and John's place was the perfect place for a few of us to stay. I would definitely book this location when I return to Maryville or the surrounding areas. John is super responsive, even though I had no issues. Everything was seamless and smooth. You don't want to miss out on this place! Thanks John!

It had everything we needed, plus some. It had more on hand than any airbnb we have stayed in before. It was very clean and in a beautiful area, close to the Tail of the Dragon and other local attractions. Enjoyed wildlife on property (refrained from eating it 😆 ) will definitely stay again with my family and recommend.

There are 2 beautiful houses on the property which work perfectly for traveling with extended family and friends or for rental of only one of the houses. The houses are new and thoughtfully designed for family living and relaxation inside and out - the decks are huge and make perfect extensions of the living space! Children of any age would love the place and the back entrances of the houses are accessible for people with limited mobility. Our toddlers loved the creek running through the property and the waterfall and fire pit areas are marvelous. The kitchens were wonderfully stocked with dishes and cooking pots and pans - even an air fryer! There was an old style arcade video game mounted to the wall in both houses - fun! We made day trips to the mountains and enjoyed family dinners on the porches. This is the perfect vacation spot and we will definitely be sharing the location with others and coming back ourselves! Very kind and respectful hosts who were able to help with everything that you needed. The house is in a wonderful location for those who want things to do in a larger town, those who enjoy the outdoors, and also those looking to drive tail of the dragon. The house itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything that is expected.

We rented this AirBnB for the local cycling ride the Cherohala Challenge. This was a perfect location with great space for all our biking equipment. The location is also within a 5 minute walk to a credible beer pub, a more than respectable restaurant, and a killer pizza place. I believe this place was made for cyclists! The accommodations were also much more than adequate with a full kitchen and very comfortable linen and towels. Great place!

Lovely apartment. Very cozy and clean, felt right at home. Great location. We enjoyed the balcony for morning coffee and winding down in the evening. I will most definitely book again in the future, was perfect for us while visiting family.

We really enjoyed our stay at Renee's place. The place was very nice, large enough for 5 people and 2 dogs, plus some. It was located in a very nice neighborhood. Very peaceful and quiet.

Kim’s place is a quiet retreat away from the city. The decor is thoughtful, and made us feel welcome. I slept well in the comfy bed, and the shower is excellent. I would definitely stay again when I’m back in the area.
