Ammie’s place was beautifully decorated, very clean, quiet, and thoughtfully well equipped. It was a wonderful overnight visit and would be great for an extended stay. He also offered us early check-in if we were in the area. We would definitely return.

Super spacious and clean. Very nice neighborhood. It is on the main road but none of us had issues with the noise. Close to all the stores, restaurants and bars you could need/want. Downtown Matthews is such a cute place. About a half hour from the airport and downtown Charlotte. The back patio was amazing, that is where we spent a majority of our time watching TV and hanging out. We loved the fenced in yard, and it does have wire fencing over it so your pets can’t get out. There was not a grill but we purchased a cheap charcoal grill to use. The house had all the dishes you could need. The lighting in the kitchen is pretty dim but during the day all the natural light comes in, nighttime is when it’s most noticeable. I highly recommend booking this house, we really enjoyed our stay and Josh was quick to respond to any questions we had.

Came in for a short trip to see Metallica and it was a beautiful home away from home. Will definitely be back to spend more time in Charlotte and get to know the city a little better. Thank you!

Wow! What an amazing experience. First of all, the area is beautiful with farms and land. Check-in was a breeze. As a history nerd, I LOVED that there was information about how this house once was and about the old residents. Lindy was a wonderful host, she was very kind and very responsive. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was pristine. I would absolutely stay here again!

Paulo's home was the perfect place for our family to stay while attending my son's wedding. Paulo was very responsive, the home is just like the pictures and the price was reasonable for the amount of space. We had a great stay.

PERFECT place with a perfect ambiance of peace. All amenities and services were pristine and appreciated. Easy to find and big driveway. Plenty of games and activities were available. all big tvs in every room. All nice touches throughout the property.

We had a wonderful stay. Hosts were very responsive and friendly, and the house was immaculate. This is in a beautiful setting and is very quiet and peaceful. It was still also convenient to everything Charlotte has to offer. Also was very pet friendly setting with plenty of beautiful places to walk. We would definitely stay here again when in Charlotte.

Very private and quiet stay in a nice neighborhood. Pretty spacious for a 1 bedroom apartment with nice work desk area. Recommend getting a rental car to get around but, it’s relatively close to downtown Charlotte and shopping malls.

Loch Norm Lair is beautiful and relaxing. Great neighborhood. Just the peaceful week we needed. Rick and Judy are extremely friendly. Rick loves to share his boat and will take you for a ride. We sat and talked with them on several occasions and shared a dinner at a restaurant. The place is well cared for and a great deal, very reasonable pricing. It was a shame the sailboat wasn't working, would have loved a ride. We are already talking about a return trip in warmer weather to fully enjoy the water. Thank you so much for the beautiful week. Jacques Place was the best! My mom and I needed a place to stay after visiting Charlotte to see her brother. We needed a place that was close to the city center and easily accessible and we found that in this apartment. The home was squeaky clean and nothing out of place. We were only there for the night so didn’t get to use the wonderful kitchen setup or the amenities but it looked like a lovely complex. Easy access from the private parking garage made checking in and out a breeze. Jacques Place was welcoming and clear in their instruction. Thanks for the stay

Sandra’s home was beautiful & the perfect getaway. We stayed there while we were visiting to attend the PGA. A short drive to downtown Fort Mill, which had coffee, restaurants, and grocery stores, and only a 20-30 minute drive to Charlotte. The place was private, clean, and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again!

We’ve stayed at this Jahan's place several times and keep coming back every time we visit Charlotte, it truly feels like our home away from home. The beautiful interior design, spotless cleanliness, and the warm, friendly hospitality of the host make it an easy choice for us. The location works perfectly for our needs, and having Camp North End nearby with its great food and drinks is a fantastic bonus. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, style, and convenience in Charlotte for short, mid or long stay.

Great location on a quiet street very close to downtown area,. Long public walk/bike/run space right across the street….id come back just for that…

Easy to work with and easy to get into.

We are regular visitors to Tree Top Loft and love it every time! Latest stay was for one month and it was wonderful. Kristin takes such care with the property: beautifully decorated, well stocked, so clean. And the unit is very quiet. Can’t wait for our next visit! Thank you Kristin!

Great place for seeing a show at the Evening Muse with my wife, only about a block away. Right in the heart of NoDa. Several great places to dine and late night activities just a block or two away. Overall Katie's space was very clean, the bed was comfy and the unit was so industrial, maybe a bit? No complaints there! We loved it and only wish we could have stayed longer. Would definitely stay here again.

I have been around Charlotte for a couple of weeks and this was the best place I have stayed in since I have been here!!!! For an apartment this was great! Everything you want and need was there. This was like being at home just in a different place. I would rent this place for a month for sure!

Linda's condo was exactly as it was described, and yes, the beautiful trees and scenery around it made it very peaceful. The condo is very welcoming, the furnishings made us feel right at home, and the location is great! Linda was always responsive and flexible during the process. It was a great experience! We will definitely be going back!
