Holiday houses in Monsampolo del Tronto

We spent a wonderful Christmas in Barbel’s place. A wonderfully clean and warm house with everything needed for a cosy winter stay. The pool went unused but we will try to come back in the summer - the view is spectacular! Beds were super comfortable and Barbel quick on the replies and checked regularly to make sure we were okay and had no issues. Car obviously necessary but Montelparo only a few minutes away with a nice pizzeria and other amenities.

Stayed at the Lemonvilla while visiting family in Ripatranstone and San Benedetto. The villa was absolutely gorgeous - photos do not do justice. Private and remote feeling (but still close to town) we felt at home staying at the villa. All 7 of us had enough space. Marcus was proactive and accommodating before the trip started - providing recommendations before we arrived. We hope to return!

La ubicación es buena puedes ir en auto o a pie , (15 a 20 min) tanto a la playa como a supermercado, restaurantes y de más, pero ten en cuenta que por las noches se escucha el sonido de la autopista aunque tengas todo cerrado, la zona es segura y tranquila, el departamento es tal cual las fotos, es amplio y dentro de todo es cómodo, se puede cocinar sin problema, también funciona la lavadora y lava vajillas, el baño tiene ducha completa pero no hay bidé, la cama no es muy dura pero hace mucho ruido cuando te mueves sobre todo si eres pesado, no hay aire acondicionado y en tiempo de calor definitivamente es necesario sobretodo en el área de terraza, tampoco se puede usar mucho esa área por qué no tiene mosquitero y con la lluvia hay bastantes mosquitos , hay un poco de humedad dentro de la casa al ser planta baja, un poco de hormigas en la cocina, sin embargo la pasamos bien y Giuseppe fue muy amable siempre respondió rápido y trato de solucionar todo en breve.

5 Sterne – Ein echtes Zuhause in Offida! Die Wohnung war einfach super klasse – man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an wie Zuhause. Sie ist sehr liebevoll, urig und gemütlich eingerichtet und bietet wirklich alles, was man braucht. Das absolute Highlight ist die Dachterrasse: Der Ausblick ist einfach atemberaubend – man sieht vom Meer bis zu den Bergen! Wir haben uns sehr gern dort aufgehalten und viel Zeit auf der bequemen Terrasse verbracht. Die Lage mitten in Offida ist perfekt – alles ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Wohnung befindet sich im dritten Stock ohne Aufzug, was für uns aber kein Problem war. Die Kommunikation war hervorragend – alle Fragen wurden schnell beantwortet, parken und der Check-in sowie Check-out verliefen völlig unkompliziert. Ein besonders schöner Willkommensgruß war die Flasche regionaler Wein und die frischen Kirschen – beides haben wir mit großer Freude auf der Terrasse genossen. Diese Unterkunft können wir nur wärmstens empfehlen - wir kommen wieder!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt mit unseren zwei Hunden sehr genossen. Der Aussenbereich ist mit Olivenbäumen und Pflanzen hübsch angelegt und der Pool lädt zum Schwimmen ein. Einzig die Liegen sollten in Zukunft erneuert werden. Die Gastgeber sind äusserst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Beim Eintreffen war sogar der Kühlschrank mit den wichtigsten Lebensmittel gefüllt. Als wir einen abendlichen Stromunterbruch hatten, wurde uns mit Kerzen und Taschenlampe ausgeholfen. Liebe Rosalba, Sergio, Laura und Francesco, herzlichen Dank für eure Gastfreundschaft. Esperienza unica e travolgente! Ideale per passare una giornata lontano dalla città e a pieno contatto con la natura. La palafitta è un posto magico e incantato circondato dal verde dove è possibile osservare il paesaggio del bosco. L'interno della struttura è curato nei minimi particolari, una mini SPA con vasca Giapponese rende il soggiorno romantico e piacevole. La proprietaria Annalisa è super gentile e disponibile, pronta ad accogliere ogni richiesta. L'aperitivo con salumi e formaggi accompagnato dal loro vino è veramente spaziale! Abbiamo anche potuto mangiare la pizza del forno a legna della struttura, molto buona! Esperienza direi super e da rifare!
