Small Quiet Studio 2 Steps from the Train Station

Small NON-SMOKING studio of about 20 m2 (2nd floor without elevator) quiet with views of wooded park, a stone's throw from the train station and a few minutes' walk from the very center of Nancy. The kitchenette is equipped with a dishwasher. The studio has a fiber internet box for a very high speed connection. The studio is perfectly independent but I live on site with family in another apartment, so I can be very responsive to resolve any concerns.

For athletes and walkers, 2 minutes from the loops of the Moselle (85 km of bike paths), walks in the forest or around many small bodies of water.
