Charming villa of 115 m2 with all comforts, ideal for friends or family, with panoramic views of the sea, Lido beach and Thau lagoon. 1000 m2 fenced garden with trees, large swimming pool and terraces. Summer kitchen with large barbecue, bread oven and pizza. Very nice villa located in the popular and quiet area of Mont Saint-Clair with panoramic views. The house, completely renovated in 2010, was originally a "baraquette" house typical of Sète families.
